    My ice cream being made
    Joe K.

Neither Ida nor I had ever had liquid nitrogen ice cream before. We were kind of expecting a clean, ultra modern looking kind of a place. After all, liquid nitrogen ice cream seems kind of futuristic. What we found instead was more of a "hide the whiskey still behind the cabin in the woods" kind of a place. We were both shocked to find it more than a little on the janky and dirty side. Our first thoughts were that we must be in the wrong place. It made us uncomfortable but, at the same time, we were not going to pass up this whole liquid nitrogen ice cream experience. We were just going to have to be brave. We were almost immediately greeted by a really nice young lady that did a great job of explaining the process to us. I ordered peach with caramel and graham crackers and Ida ordered mint chocolate chip. You can order just about any combination you can imagine. It starts with a stainless steel mixing bowl. Actually I am only guessing it is a stainless steel bowl, it could be an aluminum bowl for all I know. Either way, she poured the liquid ice cream mixture into the bowl and chopped some canned peaches into it before hitting it with that first blast of liquid nitrogen. The next thing I knew, more steam was rolling out of that shiny metal bowl than a witch's cauldron on Halloween. Oh, how exciting! What a completely marvelous show it was indeed! It was everything I had hoped for and more. She then mixed my semi hardened peaches and ice cream mixture before adding the caramel and hitting it with another dose of liquid nitrogen with all of the hocus pocus steam once again mysteriously rising and curling over and all around the bowl. Next she expertly broke some graham crackers into the concoction and I was delighted to see she did not over crush them, leaving the perfect sized chunks instead. She mixed it a little more before hitting it with one last magnificent blast of liquid nitrogen and mashing it up one last time before scooping it into my cup. The flavor was even more glorious than the show itself. It seems like a lot of hard work but the result was worth it, especially since it was the nice people behind the counter doing all of the hard work while I watched in amazement like a wide eyed kid.

Mayan Chocolate + Candied Bacon = spicy bacony goodness. For $5 bucks and made to order is a freakin deal. They need to have a spot like this in SD gosh dangit! :(

    Sugar free coffee goodness!!

This place is amazing!! The ice cream taste better than anything I have ever gotten at a store or any ice cream shop! This is by fir the richest and creamiest ice cream I have ever had! The staff here are really friendly and Amazon to talk to. They give honest feedback on flavors that you can make and give awesome suggestions! The sugar free coffee taste so good! This is high quality ice cream from people who love their job and show it in their attitudes!

The ice cream was good, the store was filthy trash was overflowing and the lady working the counter didn't even have shoes on. The concept was very cool to share with the kids, I would not repeat coming or advising anyone to come to his place.

A delicious combo of pretzels and Nutella

By far my favorite place in central Florida to get ice cream. Knowledgeable and customer oriented worker/owner serves up your desired toss-ins and freezes it before your eyes via liquid nitrogen. I've been to a few places like that but this is the best in my opinion. Try a sweet and salty combination like pretzel caramel or Nutella potato chips. Play life size Jenga or relax in a lawn chair. Nice central location near Kissimmee and Orlando. Not trying this place out is a disservice to yourself

Really cool place!!! Can't wait to go back and try more flavors!!! The owner was really nice and the place is really cute! Came here with my family. I ordered the coffee and lady fingers. My husband ordered banana foster and my nieces ordered mint and m&m and my other niece ordered birthday cake and m&m. The banana foster was my favorite! Fresh banana, cinnamon, and homemade caramel. Yummy!!! $5 for each creation and you get a lot.

I eat lots and lots of ice cream all over the world. I had bananas foster and it was amazing. The homemade caramel really put it over the edge. The owner is really nice.

So good! The owner is very nice and it's fun to watch it be made. Nom! Added bonus is that it is vegan, non dairy, gluten free so you don't feel terrible afterwards haha definitely suggest this place.

Triple berry, coffee w/ fudge & ladyfingers, & chocolate peanut butter w/ brownie. All so delicious (obligatory gator to rep FL)

My family traveled from all over and met up in a VRBO in Orlando (9 adults, 5 kids) to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday. He wanted to have a party and since I love food, I volunteered to take care of the catering. I had been working with a company on plans for the event 6 weeks prior, but 3 weeks before the event, they suddenly realized that it was a Sunday and they don't cater on Sundays. Talk about frustrating! Add to that, April is wedding season in Orlando and it was Easter Sunday. Well, Chef Kelvin to the rescue. His communication was absolutely ideal. From first filling out the contact form on his website, I had fun picking out the menu items and he worked with me on ensuring there was a good variety and one of our allergies was kept in mind. He reached out the day before to confirm everything, and then was extremely communicative the day of. His staff was so pleasant, and they were all respectful and helpful the day of the event. Absolute ideal communication throughout the process for me. And THE FOOD! OMG! It was so good. We definitely had too much, which was my plan (I always prefer to have too much, running out is no fun at a party). We kept some of the leftovers at the rental and our local family (4 adults, 1 kid) took some home too and enjoyed them. Chef came prepared with takeaway boxes and was able to package it all up for us. Here's what we ordered with a bit of commentary :) - Lamb Chops (I adore lamb and this was so well executed. He confirmed desired temp and nailed it) - BBQ Pulled Pork (this was a party favorite!) - Chicken Wings (loved the crispy skin and sauce, so good) - Pop Corn Chicken Bites (super popular with everyone! And reheated really well) - Shrimp Skewers (more popular than I had expected!) - Garlic Mash (my husband keeps raving about this. It was fantastic) - Garlic Bread (bread is always good!) - Baked Mac & Cheese (fantastic fresh and amazing reheated in the oven) - Smoked Cream Corn (my favorite, this was SO GOOD) - Garden Salad (in retrospect not needed, but I wanted to provide something green haha!) Honestly do not hesitate - reach out to Chef Kelvin for your event. You will not be disappointed. I'm so glad my original plan didn't work out.
