They roast their own coffee here on site and serve it here--you can get it as fresh as it gets! In addition to countless delicious flavors (my favorite is the Chocomallow Graham) they also have great unflavored roasts...the best and probably most popular is Logan's Choice. My wife is a fan of the teas and the half-caf coffees they make. The best thing to make it worth the trip is to grab a couple bags of coffee to bring home with you. You can get it ground as fine or coarse as you like, or just grind it yourself at home which is what I like to do for the freshest taste. Once you get used to drinking JSA coffee, you won't want to settle for anything else.

We were excited to see there would be a solid coffee option in the village. It certainly did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed both our cardamom ginger and maple lattes. I was also eyeing the miso black sesame latte. I've been on a miso kick as of late... If we weren't already overstocked on beans at home at the moment, we would have picked up a bag for the road. Love the vibes of something small and locally owned. Four of us ordered a variety of caffeinated drinks from the kind gentleman working behind the counter. The owner, if I had to guess. The drinks took quite awhile to be made, but that's only because you can tell he really cares about his craft. You won't find mass-produced pots of coffee or tea here, but instead carefully curated beverages. I enjoyed my matcha! It was certainly made the right way, as he sifted it into a small bowl. This Japanese green tea powder is made from finely powdered dried tea leaves, and takes a little extra TLC to do the right way. Ended up whisked well with a nice foam top.
