My husband order a dozen mini cookies today totaling over $32 and the quality was poor. They looked terrible and really didn't taste much better. He orders the cookies ~2 hours before the pickup at 5pm and when I got there just after 5 I had to wait until 5:44 to leave with the cookies. Apparently all the Dubai chocolate brownie had been sold out, even though we had already purchased them hours before. Why would they have sold out all the cookies if they knew there were orders to fill? There were a lot of people waiting before I arrive and after I left with orders of that item and no one was communicating anything unless they asked one of the staff members. What's the point of ordering ahead if I'm going to have to wait 40 minutes anyways for what turned out to be poor quality cookies. Attached is an imagine of them and there was boating on the sides and bottom of the box which of course got on my clothes. One of the staff members was asking another what they should do because of the issues with the Dubai and she said to her I guess they will just have to look sloppy. I would expect better tasting and looking cookies than I got today. I've had them before and they've been good but the quality has really dropped off and I don't know with the experience I had today if I'll be back and not likely to recommend to others. read more

Wasted 45 minutes in their drive thru. 45 minutes. Watching every person who went inside leave with their order within 10 minutes. Can't even leave bc they have curbs blocking drive thru!! Then when we finally get to the window--they are out of our cookie. I've never been more pissed off at an establishment. Called the manager to complain that the drive thru worker was CLEARLY not taking his job seriously, moving slow, & did not care about customer service. She says "we only have 1 person working drive thru." As if that's an excuse...drive thru needs to be prioritized! Split your duties better or put someone who knows how to do their job on drive thru so that ALL CUSTOMERS RECEIVE EQUAL SERVICE. We used to be regulars. We will never be returning to this location. Did a pick up order and picked the time for pick up. When I got there I saw the drive thru and thought "how convenient". Turns out you can't do pick up orders through the drive thru. Was then stuck behind 2 people before I could even get out of the drive thru. Walked in and I was 11 then in the que. I don't understand if I placed a pick up order online and picked the time that it wasn't even remotely ready. Had to wait another 20 min in line. If I hadn't already paid for it I would have walked out. Also the employees worked at a snails pace and 2 were standing around. I guess I don't understand all the hype, the cookies are just okay, not "OMG" like I keep hearing. Basically they are giant, underbaked blobs of butter (at least I hope they use butter) that leaves an unpleasant coating of grease in your mouth. They are fast from the time you place your order until they have it boxed up, everyone is nice, the store is clean. They are pricey though and for me not really worth the price. read more

Not one to write a review, especially about a cookie, BUT as a cookie lover I have to! So as a first time customer at crumble, which I told the guy, I asked which cookies were most popular and did they have any with walnuts. He said he would go check. I was the only customer. Came back to the speaker and said no. The drive thru menu seemed so limited but I decided on the kit kat cookie. After several minutes a guy appeared and reached into an empty container on a shelf and put something on the cookie. The only good thing I can say is the box was pretty. The cookie was hard, cold, tasteless besides like a lard flavor. The topping he put on was kit kat dust. I know it's only a cookie but for $5 I expected something halfway delicious or at least edible. So I drove off but then turned around and went back hoping to get a fresh or at least warm cookie. But they closed! I sat at the drive thru and four employees looked at me but didn't acknowledge me, I was just there minutes before! I get it they must have just closed but they could have even said sorry we're closed. Bottom line is, horrible cookie, horrible service and will not recommend to anyone, unfortunately. read more

Very cute addition to Ashwaubenon. I've gone in a few times with my teen for a treat and I very much like this place as does my daughter. She has had a few flavors and says everything tastes fresh and from scratch. I brought cookies to her and her friend when they were volunteering at the PAC and you wouldn't believe the smiles these cookies bring. When I was in last evening at about 7pm, it seemed many parents were there with their children on a homework break and it was nice to see that families have somewhere fun to stop in for a treat. read more
