Told her it would be about 2 or a weeks and they would get back to her. The office never contacted her and the insurance company said that nothing was submitted from them. That was back in Nov. This is the same treatment I've had many times elsewhere with flawless results. The first round here didn't work at all. I went back for a touch-up, paid another $800. It still didn't work. I was told it was an issue with the botox. Despite paying essentially paying double, I decided to let that go and go get the third round of Botox. By the third round, my forehead was finally frozen - but my smile was destroyed. The left side now looks like I'm grimacing instead of smiling, and only with effort can I force it to look halfway normal. My natural smile is gone. I reached out with photos and a video showing the damage and specifically asked not to deal with the same injector who had already failed me twice. The very next day, he was the one who contacted me anyway. After I sent clear proof of the issue, the clinic disappeared and never responded. I was a patient here for 3 years…read more For the first year and a half, they had my name spelled wrong in the chart and didn't correct it until I notified them multiple times. Pretty careless. The fix took no time and would've prevented them from calling me by the wrong name over and over. Then their dental hygienist, Galina gave me a cleaning that is straight out of a horror movie. This lady became upset with me that I refused to get an x-ray and proceeded to abuse me for it by being extra rough and lengthy. She was in a literal frenzy of rage as she cleaned my teeth. It was very disturbing and I requested to never be in her care again. My request was ignored and I had to take it upon myself to remind the receptionist every time I made a cleaning appointment that I did not want that Fascist touching me. But most egregious, was when Dr Levit replaced a crown for me. I had it for 15 yrs before it fell out and needed replacement. Upon initial placement, I felt that it did not properly line up with my teeth, being lower than the rest. I notified Dr Levit and he told me I was wrong and he knew what he was doing. 1 week later, it fell out. He put it in anew and it felt OK. 1 year later, the whole tooth was loose and bothering me. I came in and had a massive infection beneath the crown that extended into my jaw bone. Dr Levit immediately blamed me, saying I must have bitten something that cracked the crown. Nothing like that had happened though. He removed the crown and attempted to clear the infection, but ultimately said he had to send me to a root canal specialist. He also told me he would not charge me for his attempt to treat me. He lied. My insurance was charged and I then had to pay out of pocket to the specialist because my allotment had run out. The specialist also told me that there was no crack in the crown. Dr Levit had applied it improperly so bacteria was able to seep under it and eat away my jaw bone. Now I will need an implant.

My only issue with this location is the Dental Cleaning. After finishing up the issues with my teeth, I had a dental cleaning and it was extremely painful. I thought it was just normal when I started visiting the Court Side location since it was more convenient for me, Dr. Karpova did my cleaning was literally pain free. I assumed it was cause maybe previously I had dirty teeth This month I did cleaning at this location again since it was convenient and since I been keeping up with all my cleanings it wouldnt be too bad. I knew going in that I had some serious issues; I'd been hearing for years I needed to see a periodontist, but it takes everything for me to get to the regular dentist -- they terrify me. Now, though... it was clear, from the pain in my mouth and just to look at my teeth that I needed serious help. So I went. Everyone is friendly, informative, the vibe in the place is welcoming -- you can tell people like working there. Dr. Cote is very informative and positive. He set me up for deep cleaning to try to treat the problems and said it looked like I could keep my teeth. Yay! First deep cleaning I had a hygienist -- John, I believe -- who was very gentle. Second deep cleaning was Dr. Asuaga, who was thorough; no pain and all went well, but John was perhaps too gentle and Dr. Asuaga was determined to get every last little bit. Alas, it was not enough, which I was expecting. So now it is time for laser gum surgery to manage the problem. Pricey, but... I paid upfront because I trust they will help me keep my teeth. Dr. Cote said this will solve the problem (provided I up my dental hygiene habits and go to the dentist more often), and I believe him. No one was trying to up-sell me. Dr. Cote said if the procedure was one I could not afford, I could go every 3 months and keep up with cleanings while I saved. No pressure to sign on to a procedure my insurance won't cover. The only real vibe I get is that he'd like me to keep my teeth -- and that is what you want from your dentist.
