She was never given a receipt. Later, we learned she wasn't even eligible for that procedure because of the condition of her mouth. The employee eventually admitted through text messages that she accepted the money and even stated she would return it. She never did. We met with the office manager/treatment plan coordinator, Yesenia, in person and showed her the text messages. She was compassionate, listened to everything we had to say, and told us she would look into the matter and get back to us. Unfortunately, after that meeting, our emails and phone calls went unanswered. Despite being told we would receive an update, we never heard back. At this point, we've had no choice but to file a small claims case in an effort to recover my sister's money. What disappointed us most wasn't just what happened with the former employee; it was the lack of communication and follow-through from the office after they were made aware of the situation. I hope no one else has to go through a similar experience.

I have no trays since April of 2023. We are now in 10/26/23 and my teeth have shifted completely because of this employee. I would have to take this into legal actions because all the money invested in this treatment was a waste of time when now I have to start over. she insisted I had a balance but I made a payment twice in April the same day I spoke to her and she continued to lie and say I have no more trays with my treatment and I would have to do a refinement appointment to get more trays ordered. I wasn't impressed by the results since I have two different color tones for which later I found out would've been best to have compound bonding done instead of the whitening which emphasizes the color distortion.
