Everyone in the office continued with the same story but when I spoke to the dentist who have been assisting me with my treatment mentioned I was not done and that I had 14-28 left at the office. I have no trays since April of 2023. We are now in 10/26/23 and my teeth have shifted completely because of this employee. I would have to take this into legal actions because all the money invested in this treatment was a waste of time when now I have to start over. she insisted I had a balance but I made a payment twice in April the same day I spoke to her and she continued to lie and say I have no more trays with my treatment and I would have to do a refinement appointment to get more trays ordered. I called the hotline number since April and have spoke to Kimberly, have not received a calll from the owner but he will hear from my lawyer along with enyelina. I would need the full refund at this point since this employee held my treatment

3/18/2022 I had a appointment for 10am which was made about week prior for a regular cleaning. I…read morearrived at 9:35am. First thing I went to do was confirm my insurance with front desk. During this time I mentioned to front desk I'd like to inquire about the cavities that I currently have during my cleaning. Throughout the 10 mins that I stood there with front desk, she constantly kept reconfirming me that I was covered through Medicaid for this cleaning but she have to ask her friend about the fillings. She even provided a document with the Medicaid code to me. I time and time again reiterated to her to not focus on the cavity situation now. After being called to take am x ray about 10:30pm... I was getting by another young woman. As I sat down I hear whom I thought was drunken man by how he was slurring his words say " you need to pick an insurance " I look back and YES he was talking to me. I then asked "how do I pick? I'm covered for this" instead of answering.. he literally walked away while I was asking. He kept stating that he doesn't take straight Medicaid.... About 3 rounds of that. I immediately stood up because not on my was his mannerism extremely unprofessional but I then felt very uncomfortable and bullied. Very very tasteless and nasty attitude. I mentioned that I've been to this dentist before and had an amazing experience and that's why I returned. I then told him that he was really rude and he asked how in the most aggressive way possible. I guess he had better things to do... instead of possibly helping me out somewhat.. Not only did I take off of work for this but I planned in advance. Very unfortunate that I had to experience this.. I had no problem paying the $100 in cash but I wouldn't dare let that person near me with that energy and foul behavior.

I have been regularly going to this clinic for three months - multiple extractions. So I assume I…read morecan estimate it more realistically than a person after a random good/not so good visit. The overall attitude of the staff is positive. In early spring it was disaster at check-in. One had to wait in the line for more than 40 minutes , and then the same time to be called to the doctor. My special thanks to the registerer Nancy, who in one of such days came up to each person in the line, asked what reason they were for; whether they were new or regular patients, etc. - and she managed to organize the line moving much quicker! But once there was a trainee girl at check-in, and due to her incompetence I was waiting for three hours between my arrival to the office (including time in the line) and being called for the scheduled extraction. I had 5 extractions. My complicated anatomy made extractions challenging even for highly professional dental surgeons. I was assigned to various residents. They all tried their best. But with different results. What surprised me, the follow-up check was provide not by doctors who made extractions. So, none of those 5 doctors saw result of their work. IMHO, such policy of the hospital is not appreciable. Even not for me as a patient but for resident doctors. More things that are hard for me to understand: - Dental Appointment Papers, and so text message reminders stated that I'm scheduled to have appointment with MD Brown, Mark (3 times), MD Onyejiuwa, Andrew and MD Chern-Kelk, Denny. Through 3 month, 5 extractions and 5 follow-ups I saw none of them. Never! I still am not sure there is a person responsible for the final result of my treatment. To be honest, during an extraction, a resident doctor informed me that my tooth broke, a part of bone left inside, and it was very dangerous to proceed as it was too close to the sinus, and proceeding could cause dangerous complications; so she told me it would be safer to leave the part of the bone inside the jaw (sorry for my not professional description). But that time I was lucky - an experienced doctor was passing by! He took the instrument and easily (?) removed that piece! He showed me it. I saw the piece but was unable to see the face of the doctor. All I remember, I heard a male voice. Thank you, my unknown safer! Though why experienced doctors didn't supervise residents during at least such complicated extractions as mine (all!) is a riddle for me. After all, I would strongly recommend the dentist (resident in my case) FERANMI BALOGUN! The best experience of mine. (A life hack for choosing a dentist: ask them if they play any musical instrument! Musicians usually have well developed, 'obedient' fingers, and moreover, pianists' arms are strong! FERANMI BALOGUN is one of them - I had a chance to ask her!) ) Sure, I would like to thank nurses/assistants for their job. My special thanks to a male one - sorry, don't know his name. I think they also should introduce themselves and/or wear badges. A couple of general remarks. Waiting room. First-coming patients are frustrated what direction to go when they're called. Is it hard to add two big visible marks with ARROWS above the check-in windows 'GENERAL DENTRISTY' and 'ORAL SURGERY'? There is a plate informing eating and using phones are forbidden. But it's so tiny and invisible behind the crowd in the line. I can understand people who are waiting for long in the line and use the time speaking on the phone. But I can also understand people who are waiting for long in the line and get a headache from the constant loud noise! Calling for lucky patients who are being waited for by their doctors. Calling them by just a human (Nurse/Assistant) is not so modern in a new millennium. But calling names through an ancient rustling loudspeaker... If it used to cause my headache within some hours of waiting, I can only imaging how it influences registers sitting in such environment for the working day! Long short. The doctor, who extracted the last piece of my tooth; FERANMI BALOGUN; the assistant who was holding my had during two extractions, both super complicated, thus giving me not only physical but also moral support; registerer Nancy, other polite and friendly registerers.... if not them, I would give a much lower mark to this practice.
