The event was our mother's 100th birthday party and mom is quite the character. Thirty of her buddies from her adult community were coming by party bus as well as another one hundred family and friends from far and wide; five generations in all. It had to be Special. Besides, my three sister would be watching; I was in charge of the decorations and the venue left a lot to be desired. Since it was a venue that typically held corporate events lots of camouflage and distraction was needed. I gave the crew my budget and told them what I'd like. I trusted their expertise and am so glad I did ! These are Pros, capital P. They worked with me, scoped out the venue multiple times, were in constant touch with the event manager at the venue as well as the person in charge of the catering ( buffet and bar set up) and had everything under control from the get go. At the last minute (literally as they were setting up) management decided to move the bar area into a small side room to accommodate the size of the crowd; the crew handled it all smoothly (while my sisters and I panicked) and decorated the extra room, doorway and all ! It looked so very lush and lovely !! The typical comment of the day was "the party was great, but the decorations were spectacular!". After the party, not a centerpiece was left behind ! Best of all; mom was thrilled with the way the rooms looked; she'd had two other parties held for her there before (90th and 95th). Her comment; "how did you manage this?! The place is transformed!" I had different budgets for different parts of my wedding, the stationary, the signs, the flowers, and Bella Fiori was upfront and straight forward about what we could do and how we could make everything happen as a "baller on a budget". From my invitations, to my menus, to the flower arrangements and decor surrounding my big day, everything was perfect and they didn't miss a single detail. Meeting with Patti and the team was not only insightful, but a hoot! We had so much fun together planning and brainstorming. They made me feel like any idea I had was a possibility, which made the process of expressing exactly what I wanted so easy and comfortable. The team also met me at my venue (Clarks Landing) to take a look at what else we could design and plan. They painted signs for me, they designed trees for me as my centerpieces, and they even made flowers float above our heads as we said "I do"! Do not even get me started on the epic-ness that was my bouquet!! IT was beyond what I ever could have imaged; delicate and textural. Not only did Bella Fiori help with my wedding day, Patti and the girls also designed and set up my outdoor rehearsal dinner AND AND AND the brunch that followed the day after my wedding. They encompassed my theme into an entire weekend from the rehearsal to the morning after. Patti was reachable anytime I had an Idea and sent it her way, she responded quickly and with great feedback. My sister will also be using Bella Fiori for her wedding and I've referred them to everyone I know with an upcoming event. I have this amazing team booked for a couple more events of my own as well and plan to include them on everything I have in mind going forward. While the venue was beautiful and the…read morevendors were kind and engaging, I was deeply disappointed by the apparent lack of integrity in the way the main raffle--the event's primary draw--was conducted. At the start of the raffle, I observed a blonde staff member quietly place a ticket in front of a bride seated beside me, who showed no reaction. That bride later handed the ticket to her fiancé. At the end of the event, the same staff member returned to announce the honeymoon winner, reading a pre-drawn ticket number. The bride and her mother nudged the fiancé--who hadn't even looked at his ticket--before he finally claimed the prize, awkwardly feigning surprise. It was the same blue ticket placed in front of them at the start. This sequence of events strongly suggests that the outcome was predetermined. It is extremely disappointing to witness such a lack of fairness, integrity, and transparency, especially at an event meant to celebrate such meaningful moments. I am happy for anyone winning an amazing honeymoon - but the fact that it was rigged to gift to someone predetermined soured my experience and trust in attending any future events. Beyond the disappointment in the moment, the implications of this are significant. Many brides came with genuine excitement and invested their time, under the impression that they had a fair chance at the prize. The rigged grand prize not only undermines that trust but also damages the credibility of the organizers and participating vendors. I was not the only witness. For upcoming bridal shows, I will not be attending any run by this company - and I highly advise any brides attending or thinking of it to come in with the expectation that the main prize is likely someone the staff knows or has prearranged with to win.

As a gay couple, you never know how you'll be received from vendors and Christian was incredibly friendly and accepting. We knew we were in good hands and that Blanc Noir would be the perfect DJ, and WOW, Christian went above and beyond for us. Not only did Christian make sure to play every song we wanted to hear, but he also made sure to not play all the songs we didn't want to hear, which in my opinion is just as important. Christian and his amazing team covered everything from sound during the ceremony, to music during the cocktail hour, and was also the perfect emcee for the evening. There is a cafe, a small "arcade" which was really about 3-4 arcade machines, a motorcycle racing game and some claw machines, and a bar. There's were about 30 lanes and when we arrived on a Saturday around 3, there was a 45 min wait. The wait went by quickly as we first got a bite at the cafe, then our name was called as we ate. The kids had a blast. We played 5 games across 2 lanes and paid around $150. Seemed kind of steep to me, but some bowler alleys so by game, some by hour. Overall a great experience.
