I was able to talk to O.C. right away and he was able to fit me in his schedule a week out. He was very communicative through text and was able to actually come out a couple days earlier than scheduled. He was able to solve our issues (burnt wires in the electrical panel and wrong size amp as well; who knows what the previous owners were trying to do) that same day.
