He took time to explain how to access each device and shared a great app with us that goes with our receiver that we never knew about. Stan didn't try to up sell any products. When we were vacillating between our current surround sound and a sound bar he said our receiver was a good one and relatively new. I called just to get some troubleshooting information on why my soundbar stopped working with my tv, and it turned into them coming out and mounting my 75 inch and surroundsound instead! Stan is really informative, patient and answered all my questions. Even though we weren't able to resolve it on the phone, it's turning out to be a better experience because now my TV is going to be mounted on the wall. I needed my new Home Theatre (AV Receiver & Speakers) installed, set up, & programmed. I tried an 800 Service first & had a horrible Experience....long Story short, they weren't able to accommodate me. So I took to Google & Honu Experience came up & had good Reviews. I called & Stan answered. I explained what I needed done & he was out to my House in a few Days. He estimated 2 Hours to complete the Job. The System wouldn't work correctly, so he did a lot of trouble-shooting. He spent over 3 Hours & we deducted the Receiver was defective. So he offered to order me a Denon & would come back to install it and also a Universal Remote to control everything. So I returned my Receiver & made another Appointment for about a Week later. This time he was at my House for almost 2 Hours, but didn't charge me for the extra Hour. When he left, everything was up & running smoothly & the Remote he suggested was as advertised....nice & simple & effective! He was courteous & wore his Mask the entire time. The only knock on him is he's a SF Giants Fan....there's no accounting for taste....GO DODGERS!!! I would highly recommend him for this Type of Job & I can only assume he's just as good at Electricians Jobs too! read more

When we moved into our new house, the only option we had was to mount our tv based on where the cable hookups were. We attempted to do it ourselves, and failed miserably to say the least lol. We searched on yelp for any tv mounting services and found a few, but Stan from Honu Experience said he could be out the next day to help us. Everyone else said at least a week. He showed up on time, and was able to not only mount our TV, but he hooked everything up, including our home theatre system that was still in the box. He even set up our new blue ray player.
