Walked in to get measured and fitted for new running shoes. Hadn't done it in years, so didn't know what to expect. Stewart helped me right away and was very patient with me as I tried on probably 20 pairs of shoes to find a unicorn. i found out I was wearing completely the wrong shoe for my stride. It was great to talk to someone who also is passionate about running. Hooked me up with a pair of Hokas, which I had never tried personally. The difference with the stability has been night and day. I've taken a minute off each mile with the change of shoe and inserts suggested. I will be back to run some of the Thursday night park runs. 10/10 experience. read more

Delayed update-- We bought a 4th and 5th bike from Pro Bike and Run. The bikes (Cannondale) are great! The staff helped find the appropriate sized bike for our older child who had outgrown his prior bike--and let us know the model he picked was on sale as well! Woot woot! Of course the younger child fell in love with a PINK bike (with the PINK tax--not on sale, and no she didn't want the color that was on sale) and had to have it. So we ended up getting 2 bikes instead of one. As per usual, these folks were super professional and Helpful. You know how some sales folks try to upsell stuff? None of that here. They asked what we needed and helped us find it. Road bike? Trail bike? Kiddie bike? PINK bike? They helped us get the correct sizes and from other locations if needed. In the interim, between purchases, we had a kick stand issue, which they easily fixed. My bike fell off the carrier and was dragged while the car was in motion-so we took it in for repair. Assorted other minor issues. Any issues that came up soon after purchase were taken care of for free. Other issues were taken care of at a reasonable price. Quality products which have longevity. Cody helped me on three occasions with tune ups and a minor repair. He was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He explained the work and helped with the selection of replacement tires for my hybrid bike. He was incredibly pleasant. Cody is one of the reasons I choose North Park Pro Bike + Run for services and products for my bikes and for shoes and clothing. The other employees are equally helpful. I have used this location for purchasing bikes and equipment since it opened and will continue to take my business there because of the helpful and courteous staff. They are the best. read more

took our ebike in for flat tire/ change. they repaired it for $30. We took it outside, it immediately went flat when we attempted to lift it onto our car. We took it back, they then again charged us $35 to put OUR spare on. So, $65 + tax. They said they should not have attempted the repair since they didn't sell it and the change was difficult. read more

Nice facility, but you can't really tell what is going on. Large window gives beautiful view of the area. Service was extremely slow, thought for a moment that maybe I should go to the counter, but I saw waitress at other tables. Very limited menu and overpriced. Tables and floors were clean. read more

As a lot of people may have experienced, given COVID-19 circumstances children's bikes are tough to come by right now. I went to this store to determine the appropriate size bike for my daughter. The sales person recommended that I order a bike for my daughter's birthday online, and had it shipped to Pro Bike+Run in North Park for assembly. I placed the order with the manufacturer and paid for it online. I contacted the store inquiring as to when the bike would be finished. The bike sales and service phones ring continuously and never get answered. I finally got someone at the front desk, and they said online sales needed to go through a regional manager. I gave them my info, and he called later that day, and stated that since it was a child's bike it wouldn't take long and assured me it would be built in time for her birthday. I waited 5 days and did not hear back. I tried calling 2 days before; one day before; and the day of her birthday, with no answer. I went to the store the day of her birthday and told the counter I was there to pick up the bike. After 10 minutes of them looking for the bike, it was confessed that they sold my daughter's bike to someone else. I was furious, and my daughter was obviously disappointed. Worst of all, the only action taken by this store's management was to contact the manufacturer to refund my money. No call to me to apologize, no offer of a discount for the inconvenience on a future purchase, no effort to bring in another bike. I will never shop at any of their stores again. read more

I have tried for over 2 weeks to schedule several service appointments in Wexford both over the phone and email(how they recommend) and have not gotten a reply. I eventually went in person to have a simple gear problem fixed mid ride and after waiting 45 minutes I was told that they could not do the fix until the end of the day. Keep in mind this fix would have taken less then 5 minutes to complete. Very disappointed and would not recommend them. read more

I have been disappointed here a few times (no bike mechanic present, or unable to help me with my bike for a super quick fix same-day). I'm thinking maybe it's because of Covid and not because they're understaffed or unknowledgeable. me and my dad came here for a new bike for my christmas gift and maybe one for him. the day we went I found a bike I loved but we wanted to look at the ones that were coming on a later date so we asked them to hold the bike. we went and we didn't like the ones that came in the order so my dad asked them to hold it till christmas and while they were doing paperwork my dad found a stump jumper alloy that he loved and they held both of the bikes for us. we love the bikes and the sales guy was amazing. 10/10 read more
