The current smoke alarm system went from a $350 cost to $600. He was going to charge me $100 for the first visit and then $350 for 6 smoke alarms to installed on another trip. I asked for a proposal and paid $100. I felt like he was figuring higher than $350 I was told initially. I ended up paying $250 for just a little of an hour of work. Somehow, I knew the proposal would be higher than the stated price at the beginning. He seemed to not know the facts and figures to give quotes and wasted time figuring it all out. I wish them the best and have decided to use a more established group. Granted, it may cost more.

We were in a bind and had a tight time frame in order to get this oven up and running. We had just moved into this house not too long ago so we haven't done any improvements to the breaker box or had to even change any breakers. I just wanted to be done with it and hire an electrician to come in and take care of it for me. I called a few different places but wasn't getting anywhere. When Sean (the owner) answered the phone at pro circuit Electric, that phone call was different! Sean was really polite, heard me out and told me he would talk to his manager Nick to see about getting out here today to get it fixed for me. I tell you what they did not let me down, about 30 minutes later Nick gave me a call and said that he was about 30 minutes away & that he could swing by and take a look at it. I appreciated so much that Nick pushed his next appointment out just a little bit so that he could swing by and switch out my breaker. He had great customer service and was a great conversationalist. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was good to go before he even left. He even answered a question for me after he had left via text. You can also see in the video that he even waved as he was leaving, I felt like I was in a real life commercial. To be honest with you, this is my first time ever having to call an electrician! I'm just very happy to say that it was a great experience and I will be contacting Pro circuit electric the next time I have an electrical need. It was affordable too, we were always told that electricians were so expensive but I didn't mind paying the amount that they were charging me one bit! Thanks a lot guys and keep doing a great job!
