DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!! My sister bought her white dress here for her graduation soon to get it dry cleaned. When it was time to pick it up, the dress was all splotchy and had cream stains all over it. Mind you, my sister is salutatorian and needs to give a speech in front of the whole arena and when we explained it to them, they told us to "deal w it" like ?? it's not our fault? we asked for a refund, they did not give anything, we asked them if they can ask someone to clean it up but they said they CANNOT do anything. She is left without a dress, or any solutions. When we looked the receipt, they put the color of the dress as CREAM, mind you, the dress is WHITE. Just to keep it short and sweet, I was trying to find a dry cleaners nearby. The previous one that I was going to had great prices, but horrible service. When I google "Dry cleaners near me", Pro Cleaners was one of the first dry cleaners that came up which also had the most stars. I definitely had to try them out. Fast forward to now, I've already been to them twice. Once for a hoodie and another time I brought in about 6 suits. Both services were fairly priced!! The Service: Everyone here is super friendly! These people have been charging me for dry cleaning and have laundering my clothes. I've had cargo pants shrink, medical scrubs ruined. They gave me a store credit of $67 dollars. I've given them several opportunities to get things right. The last time, 2-3 weeks ago, the owner(Korean man) stated "You must have grown". I didn't find that amusing. The guy also flirted with my wife right in front of me. He referred to her on different occasions.. "Where's your today?" As asked him " where is your wife?" Do not bring your clothes to this location. The owner is rude he act like he cares but he doesn't. I drop off somethings to be pressed there and I'm missing a button down blouse I've been going to this location for a well now and as soon as something is missing he wants to explain how it's impossible for them to have lost or misplaced my blouse. I love the owners of this dry cleaner they are kind and polite and always have a smile on their face. Their prices are very fair and they do a wonderful job at hemming and always fix missing buttons. We have recently moved to the other side of the city, but I will continue to drive there for the sole purpose of saying hi and getting my clothes looking perfect! read more

Pro Cleaners isn't spectacular but it does as the name says - a professional job. My clothes were laundered and fresh at the time I was promised, and the prices were very reasonable. There's more than a few options in Centerville, but this is a good one. read more

Pro Cleaners does not take responsibility for mistakes they make with care of your clothes. Recently, I took a pair of Black Levis Shrink to Fit Jeans that I'd only worn a couple of times to them and asked that they be Dry Cleaned Only. Shrink to Fit means that if you want them to shrink, then you would wash them. I stressed to the attendant a couple of times before leaving that I only wanted them Dry Cleaned and he said that he understood what I was asking. To make a long story short, after returning home with my laundry I noticed that my jeans looked liked they had faded. So I took them from under the plastic and could tell without a doubt that they had been washed. So I took them back along with the receipt showing that they were just recently purchased. The attendant that I spoke with told me the my jeans would be replaced. When I went back on the day that she promised me to pick up the replacement pair of jeans, I was told that they measured the jeans and according to the measurements on the tag and that they were the same. I even went through the trouble of trying them on and showing her and the manager that I could hardly button the jeans up along with them being shorter than they were when I took them in. After wasting valuable time trying to convince them of their mistake, along with them laughing and trying to convince me that I'd gained weight within the week and that's why they didn't fit. The manager refused to replaced the jeans that was promised by the attendant. I would have been satisfied with being given credit for a new pair of jeans. So, I you have anything that needs special care I would strongly recommend that you find another cleaner to take care of you needs. I'm absolutely sure that when I check back in a few days this post would have been deleted. I say that because the negative posts that I read earlier this week has been deleted. I'll keep a copy of this post and keep posting it until I forget my experience. read more
