The non caring owner claims that this brand of shirts shrink. So, apparently he knew this before cleaning the shirts, before taking my money and never warned me of the shrinkage issue until after the damage was done. What makes it worse is that he never apologized and made me feel as if I was the blame for his error. I'm starting to feel like the other disappointed customers who said that all they care about is your money. They only care until you have an issue. I never had this issue with my previous cleaners. When I dropped off clothes I spoke to the owner. She was super friendly and thanked me many times for bringing them our business. She showed me where I could drop off our items to be cleaned if it is after hours. She put my in for in the computer and asked how we like to have my husband's shirts done. She also got my cell number and said I would be texted when our clothes are ready for pick up. I was told our clothes would be ready by Saturday afternoon. Saturday morning I received a text stating our clothes were ready for pick up. When I picked them up I was greatly warmly and thanked again for bringing them our business.
