Great first impression. Then I dropped my items off on 3/23/21 and the staff member was friendly in helping me unload them and getting my information. Both Derek and the staff member quoted me a two week lead time, meaning I was expecting them sometime around the week ending 4/9/21. I pick I know this isn't an exact science and projects can take longer, so I gave some extra time and waited to reach out for an update until 4/16/21. I left a voicemail asking for a callback on the status. Never got a callback. I gave them another 10 days. Then on 4/26/21, I replied to my prior email chain with Derek and asked for an update. No response to that yet either. It's been 5 weeks versus the estimate of 2 weeks and no updates at all. At this point I'm just hoping they haven't lost my $3000 of parts I just bought. Will update review as this progresses. Update: Called again on 5/3/21, someone answered the phone, and confirmed that my order had been done for weeks. They apologized no one had reached out to me, or returned my prior attempts to contact them. Finished product looked great, really happy with how it turned out. Also came in at the price I was quoted, another plus. Just have to expect that customer service will be lacking, and it's on the customer to continually try to catch someone in the office for an update.

If you can find a way to skip the office folks and just drop parts for the guys doing production you'll have a better experience.

Called Dryworx and my home insurance. They got everything for my insurance company and dealt with them directly. The insurance initially try to say the damage looked to be months old, but Dryworx was able to get enough pictures and proof to show it was only a few days old (hot water made things look like it's been leaking for months). Glad I didn't have to deal with the insurance company alone. Because the issue was behind the water heater, we had to get a plumber involved to move it and Dryworx handled all of that. Drywall was removed, everything was dried over a few days, then patched up. Looks good as new. Better even. I had to change the payment method on them a few times and they were very accommodating. Everything was easy to schedule, everyone was always on time and didn't leave any messes or damaged anything. All in all, glad I found them on here. Thank you, Dryworx!
