My favorite part about this place is definitely the bargain basement. You can sell your stuff, find good deals, and even rent ski and snowboard equipment! She then left the service area. 20 minutes later no shoes had come out so I used the tech system to put the order in again. Lots of sales people bringing shoes to others so finally I stopped one to try to get help (25 minutes in) and he rudely told me I need to be patient. Better prices of these brands of shoe are also certainly available online. If there's no decent customer service or ability to try on shoes in common sizes, why visit this store? I won't be back!
