Long story short, not only did my computer slow down to a snail's pace, my keyboard inadvertently quit working, and my wifi network quit working! My business was losing money by the second!!! I wasn't about to call some big company like Geek Squad to come fix my computer; with their overhead of numerous employees and brick & mortar buildings scattered nationwide, they were probably going to charge me an arm and a leg! I searched online using Google, and stumbled upon Justin's Computer Repair - a small business owner who had nothing but 5-Stars all the way down the Review section of his page. I gave him a call, and he was able to come to my location and take care of every issue that I had, except for the inoperable keyboard issue. (I had never once dropped this keyboard; this was an issue that even had Justin, with over 25yrs experience, scratching his head.) One of the things that he noticed was that I had two anti-virus programs installed in my computer. (Apparently, this is not allowed, as the two programs will cause abnormal behavior.) That explains why my computer was acting funny, and was SO SLOW!!! Justin is MY computer guy; I'm claiming him as my little computer genius!
