Tony is completely self-contained, has his own water and everything needed. My car had deep-down grime as it is outside 24/7 and generally parked under trees. He did an excellent job both inside and out. I told him I would need the 'claybar' even though it costs extra, because regular car washes could not get out the deep down grime, it required serious elbow grease. I only wish I could afford to keep it now! I have a 2004 Mustang, Special 40th Edition, Competition Orange which my father purchased on his 85th birthday. He had always wanted a Mustang, but never had one. He bought 2 of my sister's Mustangs for their first cars, but he never owned one (or drove one) until he was 85. As you can see, this car is very special to me. After my father passed, my wife bought it for me from his estate. I drove it for 2 years, and then, when our daughter started driving, she asked if she could use it. After only 2 months of her "using" it, we gave it to her. She has been driving it for 3 years. Unfortunately, it doesn't work well in snow, so we are selling it due to her college being in the mountains. I started looking online for a mobile detailing business to ensure top dollar. I came across Pro Detailing right here on YELP. After ready several reviews, I decided Tony was the one. He certainly didn't disappoint. Arrived exactly on time (+1), was extremely professional as well as personable, and did an amazing job on our special vehicle. Even when I thought he was done, it didn't look "right" to him. He took an additional 15 -20 minutes to get it the way he wanted it to look. The absolute best $$ I have ever spent on a vehicle service of any kind. Tony did an awesome job on my 2011 Lancer. He cleaned the car inside and out and in places I never would have thought to look. I was excited to get my son's truck detailed for him for his birthday, especially to get the gray mouldings back to black. I was originally booked with WINGS, who sent my job to Pro Detailing. The man was nice enough, but the mouldings were not done well. Whatever he put on them ran, and I don't think he waxed it. Tony did an amazing job on my Toyota Highlander. I had called several other mobile detailing services and none returned my call. Tony answered my call on the first try. He was able to set up an appointment within 48 hours. He arrived promptly and began detailing my SUV. I have two Siberian Huskies that travel in a crate in my car. So their fur can be a challenge. Additionally, my car had not been thoroughly cleaned since I had left California in September. The exterior of my car looks brand new. The interior is extremely clean and fresh. I inadvertantly wrote this review. It was for Just In Detailing. Pro Detailing brought it to my attention. This says a lot about their business and their honesty. Thank you. Justin came to my home. They were on time and began to work on my 2002 parents Cadillac and my 2004 Toyota Solara. Justin arrived at 2:30. At 5:00 I went out to see if he was almost finished, he was not. He finished at 6:30 and the two cars looked brand new inside and out. Not only were the cars cleaned beautifully but the tires and rims glistened. I have had cars cleaned before but never like this (the trunks were vacuumed). I have since sold the caddy (for more than I expected) and have arranged for Pro Detail to come monthly to clean my cars. Did I mention that when I told him I was going to sell the caddy, he also cleaned the engine. All of this for the price quoted.
