I really hate to give low stars. It's not the fault of the kids working there that clearly businesses policies and models have changed so much over time. What happened to the retail area with air fresheners and stuff? There's nothing now but two vending machines with drinks and snacks. Huff!! And if scents are supposed to come with Full Service wash (purchased coupon book), there is zero scent in my car. Finally, there were 2 cars waiting for interior when I pulled up. All 3 employees cleaned one, then the other, then mine. That screams inefficiency to me. It took WAY too long until they got to mine (at least 20 mins). And I just noticed after driving away and stopping at Wawa a weird wax-water looking schmutz area on several areas of my front and side windows. Back to the employees: where's the tip box?? I had to ask for it, and he said I could just give it directly to them. I gave them each $5. But what if I was going to give a crappy tip and didn't want anyone to see? I would never do that, but the point is to bring back the tip box so people are at least reminded to give one! Make changes please. read more

Last 2 times very poor cleaning ,, never do the running boards and bumpers,, once out of wash it took him maybe 10 mins if that he said it's done ,, no way you can wipe down and shine my tires that fast 1 person read more

I highly recommend this car wash. I'll write details below but the synopsis is that it may be the nicest regular car wash I've ever had with the friendliest staff and amazing work ethic. Zamier is the one who greeted us and did the vacuuming. I'm not sure the names of the others. They did an incredible job. I tend to avoid car washes where I don't do my own vacuuming. I am rarely pleased with the outcome. It never matches with how much money I spent. We just moved to the area in July and I pass Autobell every time I drive anywhere. Each time I think "I should really get the car washed but I just don't want to deal with it today." The only things I regret from my visit yesterday is not getting a before photo to show you the incredible difference and not going sooner. I have a well loved minivan, 3 young's kids with 2 still in car seats. My car could use a weekly vacuum to keep it nice because we don't really have rules. We eat in it, go to the beach, playgrounds, etc. It was a mess. It had probably been about 3 months since I had vacuumed. However, I thrive on having a clean vehicle. Last night, I finally stopped by to get a basic wash. I ended up getting the rain package since we're about to take a road trip. After I paid, I asked him about the vacuum.. is there an upgrade option just for the vacuum? There is!!! It's called the Master Vac. It was $15. I was torn. Never in my life has anyone been able to vacuum the car as good as I can without it being a full on car detailing. Zamier assured me that they use different attachments to get it all. I even opened the back door so he could see the mess... "Are you sure? Can you REALLY get all that clean?" He analyzed it and assured me that they could. I went ahead and did it. I was super apprehensive though. However, he was so attentive in just the short interaction I had already had with him that I decided to give it a shot. I went through the wash and waited on the bench while they worked on the interior. When I returned to check it, he walked with me to look at it and didn't rush off (my usual experience at other car washes.) First, I checked the dash. One thing I usually find at other locations is that they don't quite get the dash all the way. When I looked, it was spotless. I had been caked in dust and they got it the cleanest I had ever seen it! Then I started to check the vacuuming. Carpet looked great... they even got the crevices. I opened the back and WOW! It was phenomenal! Hands down this was the BEST car wash and vacuum that I have ever gotten. I will definitely be back. read more

Please do not waste your money!! I purchased the superpoly process $39.99 option. There was SO much that wasn't even touched: my door panels, my cup holders, none of my backseat was vacuumed or my trunk. Not all the windows were washed. Everything that was touched was sloppily done. I wasn't expecting perfection, but it was absolutely not worth it. read more

A friend of mine told me this place had just recently opened, and even though I had a bad experience at another nearby location I figured I would give them a chance a few months ago shortly after they had opened.(finishing up a draft) I went in around 10am and it was pretty empty with the exception of one more customer. The young guy that greeted me was very pleasant and answered my questions about the different services and specials. The whole cleaning process took about 30 min. The outside of the car looked really good, but the floors...uhhh. Ok, when I talked to the young man I specifically asked which service did I need to make sure the floors were vacuumed really well cause we've been travelling and I have a toddler. His response was any full service would do this. I purposely went on the higher side of the full service options with the $30 special. I again asked if they can please pay special attention to the floors if nothing else. I really thought we were on the same page until I walked up to inspect the car. Look...I don't expect a miracle or anything extreme. My expectations are not grand! I wouldn't mind it looking maybe a little better than if I had done it myself! When I have to ask you to vacuum under the seats and in the corner, that's a bust for me. I think if your maybe looking for the upkeep on an already clean car this would be a good place to go, but I'm gonna have to pass on this one. read more

They left all kids of dirty spots on the car. The window were with all of streaks. None of the indeed was wiped down.. never again

My first experience wasn't great therefore I decided to try it again and again and again. These young people, for the most part, have great customer service. However, they do not pay attention to details. I waited for 3-4 minutes before a worker who was coming into work noticed me waiting. I actually decided to leave because EVERY time I've been there for services I have to remind them to dry this or that. I purchased the unlimited a month ago. Last time my back window inside had not been dried properly. Perhaps they need training in car washing and detailing. I was excited about this one being built because it's extremely close to my home. I left without service today. I went to the one-off of battlefield blvd near the Nissan dealer and huge huge difference... And they have young people working as well. read more

At that hour, there were only two females working, the Assistant Mgr. whom wore a name tag that displayed the name "Cat" and an unnamed female, whom directed me through the car wash...2-minutes later, while in the car wash, my sensors on my dashboard, were blinking and I could see that my tires were deflating.... Less than halfway through, soap suds flying, equipment continuing to run, I was now sitting on flats(drivers side)... As a survivor of previous trauma, I couldn't breathe as my tears cut off my breath...I was in FIGHT OR FLIGHT MODE.... I noticed the attendant trying to get my attention, as she ran to hit an emergency stop, and told me to breathe while she tried to direct me out.... When they finally got my car out, ( thanks to the run-flats on my Lexus,) my words were difficult to formulate.....the assistant Mgr."Cat" told me that this was my fault, because my hub-caps were after market! ($859.) dollars later, this facility has not even refunded my $10. for my car wash! My hub caps had been on my Lexus, for a couple years, I had been through multiple car washes and NEVER has this been an issue... what I know is that the "nameless-female that lead me into the facility, was not paying attention, and in haste, she failed to make sure my wheels were properly/safely aligned! I'm experiencing nightmares now, of being in this car wash! If I can't get it together, I may have to seek medical help.. read more

This car wash is perfectly located near the Norfolk VPC. I needed to have my car spotless before taking it in for storage. They did a great job cleaning my car and when I did a look over, there were a few spots I requested have a wipe down, and they gladly did it. The first gentleman was Sam, and I forgot the name of the second young man. Id recommend this place, especially for those getting ready to put their car in government storage. read more

I just looked up a near by car wash and saw this one. Of course thinking it's like every other drive through car wash where you can just drive thru and vacuum your own car at the end. No just to drive through the car wash it was $28! $20 for just a regular wash and to my surprise there was no vacuums at the end so I just paid $28 for the outside of my car to be cleaned only! Because is over $30 for them to clean the inside as well!!!!! Like wtf?! read more

We are Terribly disappointed! We were excited as we watched the place got up and were looking forward to having a "go to" place to get and keep our 3 vehicles clean that was less than a mile from home. Well that all ended with just one trip to the new Autobell at Greenbrier. My husband took his car there last week (chose the $27 Super Poly Process) at lunch time and I got to see the car right after the visit. The first thing I noticed was streaks everywhere which meant that there was no way the Attendant was paying attention to what he was doing...he wasn't, he was on his cell phone the entire time. And, the young man couldn't have been trained to get cars clean. He didn't really care. So, to make matters terribly worse, the short antenna was broken off the back AND even worse - the Attendant that was in the car during the wash broke the door handle Off...on the Inside!! He had to have snatched it hard to break it on the inside. My husband is an handyman so he took the door panel off to find the broken piece inside. This will be a costly repair and at the end of the day a very expensive car wash and crappy interior cleaning. Bottom line, this is a new business that doesn't care about doing an excellent job, they don't take pride in their work and they don't care about you or your property/vehicle. Terrible. read more

My husband and I had an excellent experience here to get our cars washed and interior cleaned. We went the first day and didn't realize that a storm was rolling in. Not only did they attempt to clean the interior during a massive down pour with not a complaint, they then offered to completely redo the service another day. We went back today and had top notch service again and our cars are sparkling clean. read more

I came here a few weeks ago with a VERY messy car (do not ask) and the workers here left me satisfied. The exterior of my car was shiny and scrubbed clean and it was extremely exciting to watch it all happen. The interior of my car was also much cleaner although they were not able to get the stains (again, do not ask) out of my backseat, but I will not hold this against them. The workers here are very dedicated to their craft and you can tell by the way they run around and sweat so much. A big thanks to the young lady, Annellise, who cleaned my car- I definitely left a BIG tip. read more
