He did a great job vacuuming and drying with no water spots. My car looked great! I was a bit disappointed when I received a coupon code for a month of free carwashes but the app wasn't allowing me to submit it. Other than that, I would suggest them. Last Friday I went at 7pm and they were closed and just now today Tuesday I left and drove nearly 20 minutes to get my vehicle washed and arrived there at 5:15 PM and they were totally closed and locked up. I don't believe having a membership process that you do not follow the terms of the agreement of your listed business hours is an honorable way to do business. . Horrible "free" car wash experience costed $105 and 6 hours of my time…read more Went to Indian River location. The carwash broke with my car in it. It spayed products all over my vehicle and "washed" it with no water. Was given another free wash and asked to go to the Lynnhaven location. Unbelievably - the 2nd locations wash did the exact same thing! This was fixed and I was asked by the attendant to go through a 3rd time and did. At first it looked ok. I vacuumed my vehicle and upon fully drying, there was product all over the lower half of both sides of my vehicle. The attendant apologized and asked me to go through a 4th time and tell a separate attendant to turn off the tire shine. I did. This did not come off. I spoke with the manager on duty and requested a sponge and soap. They did not have any. I used paper towels and water from the restroom in an attempt to loosen whatever it was off and went through a 5th time with the acting manager walking through the tunnel with my vehicle. This did not work, so I took it to a separate carwash not owned by this company. They used a clay spray and hand waxed my vehicle to remove this product. It came off. I went to lunch, and when ai came out the product that wash still on my tires from Go Wash flung all over it again! The separate location was kind enough to remove this a 2nd time at no cost to me. I was now out $75 for the wax (even with a free clay service), a $20 initial tip and a $10 tip for the second time. $105 and 6 hours of my time wasted. I filed a report and I am flabbergasted to say it was denied. I only asked for the $105 I was out as a result of this wash. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. I am so thankful the damage wasn't significant and was fixed.

My visit here was on February 14, 2026. I hadn't had my car washed in a while, so I went online to look for offers of having the car washed. After looking at the online options, I decided to go with Car Spa, as there was a 3-month special for exterior washes, specifically for the Diamond Wash level. When I got there, I went inside first as I figured I'd have to redeem the online offer first, which was the case. I found out that having an unlimited wash club comes with a 20% discount for detailing and oil change services too. Given that, I decided to go with the Interior Super Clean and Carpet Deep Cleanse. There was another sale going on that weekend, so it ended up being 25% lower even after the 20% unlimited wash club discount. For the unlimited wash club, there is a barcode on the front windshield that is used at the exterior wash entrance. It was a pretty busy day there, but we had several snowstorms recent to that, so that's why I wanted to get the car washed in the first place. The detailing portion of it was a bonus to me as it was something that needed to be done. I had figured that it would take an hour or so to have everything completed. Unfortunately, it was closer to three hours. The significant delay is a big factor as to why I couldn't go all the way to five stars. During that time, I had seen other cars that came in for a wash and detailing after I came in and they were done before mine. It was hard to find someone to ask about what was going on, as they were all out with the various cars out there. I was finally able to find the one I had talked to when I first purchased the detailing and asked about the timing. He noticed and admitted that my car got missed somehow. Once everything was done though, my car battery was dead because the door was left open to note that the car is there for detailing. If it had been done in order, I don't think that would have been an issue in the first place. Overall, this was a good visit, except for the issues noted above. The car was beyond clean on both the inside and outside after that. I would still consider coming here for your car needs. Hopefully this one experience I had was a one-off type of thing.

I figured I love having a clean car. Spring has sprung! Let me give it a shot. I already knew from the beginning that I wouldn't care for the fact that I would have to vacuum my own car after going thru the car wash machine but figured eventually I would bring my 11 year old son and have him earn his keep To my surprise this place was pretty packed BUT the line does move quickly. I get in line. Purchase my membership with attending and inch my way into the automated. We wash. I double check to ensure all my windows are closed. The next attendant guides me onto the ramp and asks me to put my car in neutral. Lights, camera and action! I see neon flashing lights and soapy suds cover my windshield. I hear thumps on and around my car and I realize it's the spinning brushes and rags hitting my car to get the dirt off. Less than 3 minutes I am out and guided by another attendant to park into a parking spot that has a vacuum and wash cloths to dry off my car I hop out and vacuum my car. Be careful. Those suckers are no joke. They will literally pick up everything so make sure that you check your car before vacuuming. Overall I did still see some dirt and weird streaks on my car that I had to work really hard to buff out.. they were so deeply embedded that I thought they might have been scratches. I think there should be more products by vacuum area such as hand sanitizer, air freshening spray, armor all for the dashboard and window spray that is of better quality. This is just my personal opinion. Unsure if I will go again during this month's membership but I will definitely not renew. I can see this an a Emergancy car wash but definitely not the quality I am accustomed to.
