We have a real suite--including ceiling to floor cabinets-- which are custom and real wood. And we now have a laundry room/half bath! The improvements weren't just cosmetic. We wanted to upgraded our HVAC ducts, electric, plumbing, crawlspace, insulation, siding, gutters, and subfloor. It was affordable! Every contractor and inspector, everyone who saw this project was impressed with the quality of the work, the thoroughness and the attention to detail. Price was extremely competitive. Communication was great. No surprises. Runion is family oriented and utterly trustworthy--and they listen. These are enthusiastic, talented people, professional, pleasant, knowledgable and creative people--and a pleasure to get to know. Old houses are a can of worms once you start opening up walls, but any hurdle our old house presented these folks helped us turn into structural and aesthetic improvements.
