I ship my husband his contact lenses overnight every few weeks at the price of $39 ... a few weeks…read moreago I'm running close to the time that I will be able to ship overnight. I arrive at the counter and I've forgotten my ID in my car so I have to get my ID but I see the truck outside that picks up the last batch for being shipped over night. When I get to the counter the lady tells me to step aside and fill out where it's going and my address he which I don't know why because normally she scans my ID for that info. Then she tells the man that was after me that his will be the last package of the day going out. When she knows I'm there to send my package as well... then when I attempt to send my package she tells me that I've missed the deadline. Even though I can clearly see the truck has not left. I say this but she insisted the computer will it allow her to send another package. Then advised me that if I go to another t location I can send it there. I'm not understanding why this is but I accept it and send the package for two days time. Fast forward to another day and igo into this store and plan to do the usual and when i tell the cashier what I need to do she'll quotes me 130 and I'm kinda surprised because I've always paid $39 she waits a moment then says, "well if you change envelope it'll be $39." So obviously I'd like to do that and I'm wondering why she even said it was over 100 in the first place but I don't mention it and instead say very nicely ," I'd like to leave the bubble wrap so the contents don't crack." Now not once ever has the contents cracked or been broken I just happen to mention this. She says fine, finishes my purchase and I thank her then I'm on my way. I'm always very polite patient and considerate when I go to this business . I have never been anything but respectful even when I feel I'm losing patience or that I'm being unfairly treated . A day passes and my husband messages me that the package arrived and that it was damaged . Cracked to be specific and melted as if it was put near heat. Now I've sent this very package several times and not once has it been damaged. Not in any way . The one time I mention that I hope it doesn't crack it ends up cracked. ... if it walks like a duck quacks like a duck it's a duck .... For reasons I don't understand my package was intentionally damaged. Cracked and them placed near heat so it melted and heat damaged. No one will convince me otherwise. I patronize your business I spend my money on your establishment helping to keep your doors open and your business thriving and this is how you treat your customers ? That's appalling . My package had never been damaged ever in all the times I mailed it overnight and the one time I mention I don't want it to be broken /cracked it ends up broken /cracked. Do better people . I would not recommend using this business

It's great to be able to swing by whenever, rather than racing across town to get there before business hours end. The price is a little higher than what you might pay at a self-service print shop like FedEx, but I think it's well worth it for the service and quality. Plus it's a small, family-run business, which I love to support.
