    I'm leaving this review after a really disappointing experience at the Office Depot on Charleston. I have a corporate account and made a bulk toilet paper purchase in-store, though it shipped from a warehouse. When I discovered the product was defective (see photos), I followed instructions from Office Depot Corporate, who told me to bring the item to the store to start a return. When I did, with the product and original shipping labels in hand, the associate refused to help me unless I brought in the original shipping box. They were completely inflexible, even after I explained everything and showed proof of purchase. As a loyal customer who regularly buys from Office Depot, this was frustrating and unacceptable. I expected better support, especially for corporate accounts. I'm now seriously rethinking where I take my business.

    VETERANS....EVERY time you buy here, they tell you they don't have a Veterans discount. Show this to them. I purchase here for my business.

    ATTENTION ALL VETERANS Yesterday, I needed to purchase a binder to organize a project for one of my retired jobs. Yes...I enjoy working. I approached the cashier, displayed my drivers license which has my Veteran designation on it. I asked for the Veterans discount please. The cashier immediately said, "We don't do that." Yes in those words. I then said yes you do, I then showed her a photo copy of the Office Depot Veteran discount policy to her. She said, "Well, I didn't know that but I guess I'll give it to you." I paid, said thank you. She just looked at me and said NEXT customer. I wasn't surprised due to how many people lack customer service, professionalism and respect. Most are angry and take it out on customers without any consequences. I then thought, I'll ask a manager if they offer a Veterans discount. That manager said simply...No. nothing else added in his response. I then showed him their policy. He said, "Oh, I didn't know that." That's it...that's all he said. I exited. There hasn't been one time in two plus years that I haven't had to pull up their Veteran discount policy before I enter their store and a few times in the California Bay Area. Office Depot.....you deserve a zero star based on your consistent negative uncaring attitude when it comes to customer service from managers to the line staff. I served my country and community for 32 years.

    DON'T GO HERE. Printing staff is overall useless and will mess up your order and charge you for it. When I tried to self service 11x17 color copies there were black streaks in the white areas. Z (employee) told me that the machines are dirty so he'd have to copy it for me. Then they charge you the up charge of having them do it. So, the staff don't clean the equipment and force you to pay more. Then I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Sabrina. IF YOU SEE HER RUN THE OTHER WAY. She tried to sell me on laminating sheets at $3.70 each. I told her that I would prefer the laminating by the foot since it would save me a lot of money. She said she was newer to it. She started the job and I noticed she was putting all my copies in lengthwise with a lot of space between items when I pointed out that I asked her to Tetris the photos and not keep so many inches between the photos. She said she was doing the best she could. When staff is incapable of doing a job I expect them to tell me that I need to come back, not do what they want which costs me twice as much. Then, we I called the lead over to complain I stated that my husband had suggested we come back but I felt if Sabrina was incapable of doing the job she would have told me to come back. Sabrina interrupted and said that I should have listened to my husband, with a rude tone and attitude. Talk about ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. The lead on that night was useless in helping. I'm still waiting for the store manager to call me back. I also requested a district or regional manager to contact me and was told that they don't know how to do that. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I feel scammed out of my money. AGAIN, AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

    I didn't have the best experience with this company, in fact I had to go to the Apple Store after…read moreand pay for a 2nd repair due to the shoddy work and repeated no shows. My initial appt was confirmed for 2/16 between 2-2:30 PM for a replacement of my back screen. They didn't show up until 3 PM despite texting me they were 'on the way' at 1:50. The tech said it would take 15 minutes to do the repair, almost 40 minutes later he finished. The next day I noticed that my back screen was popping out, like the adhesive wasn't installed correctly. I notified them same day and asked for them to fix it. They said yes but didn't tell me when they would. I reached out again the next day and we made an appt for the following day at 5 PM. I waited until 5:47 and they still hadn't showed. We rescheduled for the next day at 5:15. I sent a text to confirm the appt in the afternoon and they said they were 'sick' and needed to reschedule for the weekend. Final reschedule was Sunday at 4:30, which was confirmed by text message. And again they never showed up. Upon closer inspection I noticed the replacement screen they installed wasn't good quality, the camera cut outs weren't shaped correctly. Ended up going to Apple to have it fixed. Now I'm out $100 for this fumbled repair.
