It's hard to find someone who's honest, reliable, and really knows what they're doing, but he checks all the boxes. He communicated with me ahead of the appointment, during the appt, and afterwards. He answered my questions about rotor replacement clearly and simply, demonstrating his expertise, and confirmed the replacement was not needed. On top of all that, he came to me! Very impressed with Y who came on site for the work. He clearly developped a sound and logical mechanical expertise. Our Range Rover needed a new battery. It definitely was a professional job to remove the used one, hidden in alot of safegards. However the tricky part is to re-initializing all the electronic systems.
