Owners Mario and Khalid are great to work with. Once again their shop did not disappoint. Had some major work done on my gladiator. The guys were very honest and upfront with pricing and timing. These guys make sure the service requested is completed thoroughly. I was very comfortable waiting in the waiting room with my kids, while I work and my kids do their school work. The receptionist was so professional and understanding of our situation and showed the same courtesy to all the other customers who came in. So she called them Friday afternoon of the Memorial Day weekend asking if they could squeeze my Ram 1500 in to get aftermarket, customer supplied struts and shocks installed. My 8am appointment for an alignment and brake diagnostic took until after 5pm to finish up. That's more than 9 hours for checking and run diagnostics to only settle on what actually needs to be done at around 4:30pm. The only thing that was actually worked on were my front brake pads and you want to know how much they charged me for just the front brake pad replacement? $500+ and the majority was " labor fees." They wasted a whole day for diagnostics which they count as more than $400 worth of labor fees. They gave me a freaking water bottle for the wasted time and the advantage they took of me. Real easy to talk to owners, but real sleezy with their pricing and morale. Never in my life have I ever been screwed over so much. read more

He took his the car in to get repaired they diagnosed it with a battery charge component that needed to be replaced they told 2-3 days tops. 3 weeks later the car had not been fixed Anthony told me they could not find the part. I found the part with in an hour. Anthony the service manager would lie and mislead me when asked about the part. I ended up getting my car repaired at the dealer and found that Perris misdiagnosed the problem. Lorenzo responded promptly, explained the process & mentioned they were affiliated with AAA so as a AAA member it was super easy & convenient to have my van towed to the shop & they handled the rest. Lorenzo notified me of all results & quoted a fair price for repairs. The technician took photos of the van in an overall inspection/check. Well these guys are so great my AC went out and it's summertime so I need it fixed ASAP!!!! So I called to see if I can make an appointment and they did have a appointment that same day went and left my car. Then a couple hours later they gave a full diagnostic on my car with pictures and a link to my phone where I can find all the information. Also when I left my car they gave me a courtesy ride back home which was great didn't need to pay that was so nice of them. Explained what my car needed and if it was OK they gave me the price I said it's fine and they had it fixed that day!!!!! But I was away from home so I picked it up next day. This is in response to the Anthony's reply to my initial review. 1. With regards to the "this is how these warranty companies work..." comment. You are incorrect. My warranty company specifically stated in both paperwork and over the phone to run the fix through them first. That's why I asked you, on more than one occasion, to call them PRIOR to making any fix. 2. I'd kindly refer you to your interior video surveillance footage, when you told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle BEFORE I even mentioned to you what it was my warranty company covered. The extreme irony in both knowing what my warranty company covered and didn't cover, as well as the EXACT diagnosis and subsequent fix to my vehicle BEFORE even looking at it are amazing to say the least. 3. You're absolutely right, I did say I authorized the fix....AFTER CONTACTING MY WARRANTY COMPANY FIRST! PERIOD! END OF COMMENT! YOU "REPAIRED" MY VEHICLE WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING THEM. My warranty company has specific rules I was trying to follow. You insist your repair center has its own. If that's the case, and you didn't like my warranty company's rules, you shouldn't have touched my car. To make it easier, sir, here's what I told you to do; Diagnose my vehicle, run it by my warranty company, then fix. Here's what you did; Diagnose my vehicle, fix it, tell me you fixed it without first calling my warranty company, then begrudgingly called them only after our conversation. 4. Unless you're the all knowing omnipotent one, please explain to me and whoever reads this review how you KNEW for a fact what you did wouldn't have been covered. Inquiring minds would like to know. 5. To insist another repair center would attempt to sell me something I didn't need would imply your fix was the right one. HOW DO I KNOW THAT ANTHONY? HOW IS YOUR FIX THE RIGHT ONE AND THEIRS WRONG? Let me remind you, your courtesy inspection said you recommended to run another diagnostic to make sure the tire light wasn't faulty because it was on. THE TIRES WERE LOW! That's hilarious! What makes your company any more trustworthy than the next? 6. Next step is to submit both the audio from our many conversations as well as any worthy pinhole camera footage from my engine bay to the Better Business Bureau for review. Just to make sure I didn't get screwed over is all. You have nothing to worry about though. You already got paid. In the end, and for whoever reads this, simply do your homework and get more than one quote. Take your vehicle to numerous locations and don't tell them you've had a prior location look at it and diagnose the problem. It's crazy to find out how there's no real standard held between these repair centers. Being ASE certified doesn't mean they have to be honest. read more

Lots of high tech diagnostic equipment and thorough maintenance checks. Not pushy, totally worth the time and money to let them find out what's wrong with your car before you proceed with any repair. The other day I ended up with a flat tire, I'm a woman and have no idea in how to put the spare on, Anthony was passing by on he's work truck and kindly stopped to help me, I thank God and this man for crossing my path, because I was in a very busy street were I wasn't safe, he didn't just ask if I need it help, he got off he's vehicle and walk towards me to assist me, he has the heart and compassion of those in need. He didn't hesitate to say, I can help you. He was well dress and didn't mind to get dirty, he wanted to make sure my friend and I were okay and safe, not only that but he advised we follow him to he's shop so he can check all my tires and put air on my spare because it was low on air too. This company and its owner are very responsible and respectful. I was very impressed with the atmosphere and the professionalism. They knew exactly what was wrong with my car and began working on it immediately. They're a little pricey. From my understanding, that's common for a speciality shop. I can say that I did NOT feel as though I was being taken advantage of because I'm a woman and being naive of car mechanics. I was and still am, very confident in their work. I thought I could trust this auto shop, but I was very frustrated the last couple of visits. At my last service I paid almost $3k and did everything they suggested including my brakes. Just went to a new shop and was told I am metal on metal. I am not surprised that either I was given used or poor brakes for them to already be gone. This was an Audi Q5 used for work and Anthony could work to accommodate my work schedule so the brakes and air intake filter could be replaced. The service here is very good.
