Omar was brilliant. Test drove my car. I'm taking a long car trip. Omar found I needed to replace the front disk brake pads, and Rotor. Giving it the perfect ride, for a Lincoln. When I drove home on the freeway, the car was so smooth, even at speeds over 80 mph. Omar put no pressure on me to get any work done. I knew he would give me a great price, and teriffic workmanship. I believe he did just those things. I've found my new mechanic. I've found mechanics so inconsistent, and untrustworthy in the past. This place is amazing. I just bought my 2017 Nissan Maxima back in November of 2019 and it was is a great car, but the people that owned it before me obviously did not take care of it the way I intend to. For awhile, I have been hearing a loud screeching coming from my wheel wells when braking every time, it doesn't matter if it was slow or fast braking. I found their ad on Facebook and called up, Natalie answered and was absolutely one of most amazing and helpful person I have ever dealt with. She got me an appointment and took all my information down. I showed up the next morning about 20 minutes before I was supposed to be there and Bill and Omar were extremely knowledgeable about what I needed. It was time for me to get an oil change, so I got one using their special they were offering, which was awesome! Anyways, it turned out the previous owners had put on new brakes and rotors (crappy ones), considering I've only driven the car 10k miles and it only has 49k miles on it, the rotors were bad and the brakes had 40% left on it. They changed everything out for me and were extremely friendly as well and gave me a great deal in the process, considering I had to get 4 new braking systems done and an oil change plus tire rotation. I would definitely recommend Twinz! They have superior customer support and walked me through my repair with no problem. They fixed my fuel pump to my crown Vic after another mechanic botched the job and left. They worked with me and explained the mess of wiring that was left from befor and showed me how it was fixed.
