Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know.
