Samuel Allen and his wingman came out, correctly and quickly diagnosed the issues and now we can go about life at home again. In fact they made the system better than they found it, not just fixed the problem. I am always a bit wary of trade service companies generally but after today I will call no one else for my plumbing issues. In fact I am getting estimate on two other issues we want to fix.
