He came on-site to give me an estimate and started working on some of the smaller handyman jobs such as adding my cabinet and drawer handle pulls, swapping out my master bathroom shower head for a shower head with a wand. He also hung four paintings/artwork for me. He even repaired one of my drawers that were installed incorrectly. I didn't even know it but it was greatly appreciated. I plan to get more work done under him. He diagnosed the issue, determined the supply line that needed replacement and went straight to work. He cleaned the interior to ensure no mold would form, removed the wet drywall that I missed, replaced it, and painted & finished. By the end of the evening, my wall was as good as new. I also researched pricing with my co-workers beforehand (who were in the construction industry and certified in Xactimate) and he was right within the ballpark on pricing for labor and material. I would definitely call him again for any handiwork needed as I felt comfortable from beginning to end.

Each time my calls went to a generic voicemail box that gave a recording saying I could not leave a message because the mailbox was FULL. I checked Google, Yelp and the web and confirmed that I was calling the businesses number. I finally got someone to answer the phone. He said he was unaware that his voice mail was full, pretty sad if you are one of those customers who left a message. He gave me his cell number to text him pictures of what I needed done. My job was replace one window assembly on a house, replace all glass on five exterior residential doors and install a mirror on a bathroom wall. He replied the next day with a reasonable cost for the mirror install. Nothing on the other work. I waited a week and sent a follow up text asking him to let me know if he was interested in the additional work. No reply. I pissed away two weeks thinking a reputable glass company was in the process of getting back to me. Having a phone system where your voice mail is full means lots of folks never got a reply. Communicating and dropping the ball leaving a potential customer hanging combined with the initial phone experience speaks more than words about the management team of this company. I made sure my Realtor knew that the vendor she was recommending was making her look bad. She will no longer recommend this business and she called a builder who initially gave her this companies info. She informed the builder about the experience. The builder said he was getting the same info from several of his clients. He is now using a different glass company.

Had to call our builder to see whom supplied that glass since it was under warranty for the materials due to the double panel gas windows. That company then referred us to this company that does repairs and they will continue to honor the warranty for any issues as long as we used them. Called them on their phone and Roxxi was fortunately in the area and able to drop by and measure and luckily they had the items at thier location to create a replacement. The entire window was broken and during summer heat of course, a/c going out but thankfully had some shades to help block some heat getting in and with our window only facing morning sun and not afternoon. Roxxi was able to have technicians come out that evening to replace the window pane and they also cleaned up and removed all the glass/shards/etc which was great!! was not looking forward to cleaning it but happily surprised they had their equipment etc. Was a two man team that came. One worked to remove the window /and replace it (didn't know the window piece could be removed ) and the other one cleaned and removed the danger. They were done in and out. Professional truck, attire, appearance and service. Very happy and fortunate that it was able to be done in a day. I know whom to refer to and will go back for any glass repair/replacement as well. They also are doing my screen replacement as well.
