Voice mailbox full, sent me a partial estimate a ten days ago and nothing since. I tried calling this place based on a Realtor recommendation. Called about five times a day for two days. Each time my calls went to a generic voicemail box that gave a recording saying I could not leave a message because the mailbox was FULL. I checked Google, Yelp and the web and confirmed that I was calling the businesses number. I finally got someone to answer the phone. He said he was unaware that his voice mail was full, pretty sad if you are one of those customers who left a message. He gave me his cell number to text him pictures of what I needed done. My job was replace one window assembly on a house, replace all glass on five exterior residential doors and install a mirror on a bathroom wall. He replied the next day with a reasonable cost for the mirror install. Nothing on the other work. I waited a week and sent a follow up text asking him to let me know if he was interested in the additional work. No reply. I pissed away two weeks thinking a reputable glass company was in the process of getting back to me. Having a phone system where your voice mail is full means lots of folks never got a reply. Communicating and dropping the ball leaving a potential customer hanging combined with the initial phone experience speaks more than words about the management team of this company. I made sure my Realtor knew that the vendor she was recommending was making her look bad. She will no longer recommend this business and she called a builder who initially gave her this companies info. She informed the builder about the experience. The builder said he was getting the same info from several of his clients. He is now using a different glass company. read more

When I wanted to put wall mirrors in my home gym, the first four places I called gave me very similar cost estimates. I almost choose one of them but my intuition told me to make one more call. That call happened to be to Klein Glass & Mirror. I was very surprised when the owner of the company quoted me, over the telephone, about a third the price of the other four companies. I wasn't even sure the estimate would be honored when the actual installers showed up to take measurements. When the installers did come to take the measurements, not only did they honor the low price, they included metal framing around the mirrors (most, if not all, of the others, just proposed using wall clips holding the bare mirror edges). They also made a point of placing the seams where they wouldn't be visually distracting. When the installers, Andreas and Jose, actually came some days later to install the mirror after fabricating it, they once again did a great job. They were quick, cleaned up nicely and, most of all, achieved a great result. Check out the photos. Highly recommended! read more

The technician that was sent to my property to replace the glass did phenomenal work not only on the glass but the work area that he utilized. He did not leave a mess he made sure he cleaned the work area before he left and he disposed of the damage window in and efficient manner. My only contention with the service is that their could've been better communication in terms of servicing. When I originally requested service I was told I would receive a call back to schedule a inspection. Maybe the company lost my contact information but I did not receive a call and luckily there was someone at the house to let the technician in to complete the measurements. Hopefully my experience in terms of communication was one off as the technician does fantastic work for a fair price. I would utilize the company again and Would recommend them to my friends. read more

One of our windows broke during hurricane Harvey. A few days after Harvey left, I called them and they had a guy at my house in 30 minutes. They replaced the glass and did a great job! They did not leave a mess and their price was very reasonable. read more

On June 19, 2015, we purchased custom solar screens from Klein Glass & Mirror. Not a single screen fit properly. All the screens had gaps but some gaps were so large I could see the house next door between the screen & the window frame. One gapping screen was so large leaves blew under it and into the window area. I called Jeff Klein 3 days after the installation to ask him to come look at the screens and was told he would be at our home the following Thursday. I also emailed pictures to Klein Glass showing the extent of some of the gaps. The day Jeff was to arrive, two installers arrived instead. I was immediately told the solar screens were not supposed to fit tightly and I was even told they were not supposed to keep bugs (or leaves) out but rather they were only to keep the sun out. After the installers inspected the screen (and agreed they didn't fit properly) I was told the decision what to do next would rest on Jeff and that Jeff would have to come out himself to look at the job. Today is July 6, 2015 and Jeff has yet to return any of our 4 additional phone calls. We will never use Klein Glass & Mirror again and could certain NOT recommend anyone else to do so either. read more
