As a first-time homeowner, I trusted him to thoroughly inspect my new condo. Instead, I was left with a mountain of debt, a broken heart, and a home that feels more like a money pit than a sanctuary. The Issues: + Leaking Windows: Despite marking all windows as "acceptable," 4 out of 6 windows leak during heavy rain. + HVAC Ductwork: The ductwork in the HVAC closet is burnt, indicating potential fire hazards. + Door Frames: Multiple exterior doors have severe wood rot and improper sizing, the gap under the door is large enough to fit my entire hand. + Plumbing Leaks: Every sink leaks, and the kitchen sink's plumbing failed the first time the dishwasher was used causing water damage to my floor and cabinet. To fix the leaking windows, I had to take out a large personal loan. Now, I can barely afford to eat three meals a day.
