I am very impressed with the inspection service and personnel.. I scheduled at the last minute and they were very accommodating with my timeline. The inspector called me when he arrived on site at least 20 minutes early for the appointment. The moment I arrived Quentin started to show me some concerns that he had already noted. Explained the resolutions for each problem.. He went to every inch of the house with me including showing me things in the attic.. he pointed out safety concerns and new technology that I could consider at a later date..I was also impressed with written home maintenance timelines he provided to keep the home functioning properly and extending life of water heaters and appliances. I am also impressed that he was in no hurry and took the time to walk the property with me and answer my questions. I had two sheets of concerns since I had watch home inspections on YouTube and he explained everything.. I plan to use them to inspect the home I'm selling b/c their rates are better than others and it could help me sell for more money. read more

I was completely blown away by the service that I received. By the time I arrived at the property he had already completed the outside inspection! He was not distracted by the presence of a busy 4 year old, who wanted to be a little helper. Quinton was very personable. He thoroughly explained all of the issues that he observed and even provided recommendations. Quinton and Brandon were very professional. They were prompt for our 1:30 Thursday appointment. It took about an hour for my size property. Quinton walked me through his findings and was patient with explaining the things that needed to be taken care of in layman's terms for this 1st time home buyer. Un-Believable!.... Integrity still exist! I needed someone to inspect our rebuild after a fire.
