I actually carried out my research in great length, before purchasing my commercial grade equipment from Pro Gym Supply. I definitely had my doubts, not because I was dealing with this particular company, but just in general, due to some terrible experiences with companies who never put their customers first. Wayne, was definitely very patient and understanding in the time which I took to inquire about this piece of equipment, to thinking about my decision and finally ordering. His customer service skills are truly exceptional, he did not treat me just like another customer who is seen only as a quick sale to the company. One thing Wayne always said to me when I started to communicate with Pro Gym Supply was that he was working with a very reputable company who have and will always do the right thing by their customers. Again, I was skeptical about this and let him know of this! He has so much confidence in working with Pro Gym Supply, however he did prove this to me. I understand that not every transaction is going to be a clean transaction, there are so many variables involved, needless to say that my transaction was one of them, however, Pro Gym Supply, did do the right thing, not just at the end, but from the beginning of the process, as time showed me. They came to a very fair and honorable resolution for me and I truly do not see myself dealing with any other company or person for future equipment sales. I recently purchased an elliptical from Pro Gym Supply, and I just want to write a review to thank these guys for their great recommendation and their outstanding customer service. It's a rare find to have a company that truly listens to your wants and needs and is patient with a picky shopper like me. For starters - I had no idea which elliptical would have been best suited for me, but my sales associate PJ was great with helping find the perfect machine. PJ and I spoke about the different elliptical machines that they sell and I explained that this would be for home use, but I wanted a quality product like what the gyms have. We went over the different options that they have and I ended up purchasing the Life Fitness 95X. PJ gave me a great deal with a warranty! This alone makes me feel reassured that I made the right decision going with Pro Gym Supply. I ended up getting the elliptical delivered to my house about 2 weeks later. Their delivery team was excellent, the guys were so professional , careful not to scratch my floors, or to scuff the walls. I wish all delivery people were this professional! As soon as they left, I hopped on the elliptical and got a work out and I have been using it every day. I found Pro Gym Supply online while I was looking for a refurbished gym-quality recumbent bike. Their price was the best I found for a Life Fitness Lifecycle 95Ri, and their ad said that they completely disassemble the equipment they get from commercial gyms, which was confirmed by Wayne, who was my sales rep when I called and ordered the product. Wayne called me before the promised pick up date to advise that the machine was ready, and I went to their Long Island facility, which is large, modern, and has a large new part section, a painting station like an auto collision repair facility, a numerous employees, and huge commercial shelves holding all sorts of refurbished equipment. My machine looked like new and has worked perfectly since I brought it home, and comes with a 6 month warranty in case there is a problem. If you're in the market for refurbished commercial gym quality equipment I would highly recommend that you call Wayne at Pro Gym Supply, I will certainly use them again the next time I need a piece of equipment. read more

We looked on the internet for gym quality treadmills and were directed to Pro Gym Supplies. We were surprised upon arriving. Pro Gym Supply is a huge warehouse of commercial grade owned gym equipment. Christine took us on a tour of the warehouse. The warehouse was very impressive. All types of gym commercial equipment were in various stages of re-furbishing. We wound up purchasing a treadmill that was previously used at a popular gym. The price brand new would have been close to $8,000.00. We bought the treadmill re-furbished for $3,000.00 with a six month warranty. Christine kept us informed and updated with photos as our treadmill was being worked on. It was repainted and completely overhauled. This is a great place for any gym equipment you might need. I recently opened a new physical therapy facility and purchased most of my equipment through Pro Gym. The sales person Wayne was very knowledgable and eager to please (without being pushy). He assured me that every piece of used equipment would be refinished to look like new. The last piece was delivered today and he was true to his word. If I didn't know better I'd say they were all new. Their inventory is vast and they will literally hunt down anything you need if they don't have it. Prices were reasonable as well. Delivery was on on time (something I'm not used to), courteous and clean. Basically, if you need gym equipment, this is the place for you. I don't have a lot of time to go to the gym, so I recently decided to start working out from home. To get started, I purchased a set of adjustable dumbbells from pro gym supply and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I called and told a one of the staff members I was new to building a home gym and didn't want to overdo it with equipment I wouldn't use. Not looking to blow the budget on work out equipment? Pro gym supply to the rescue! I was looking for a simple, standard elliptical with ramp and resistance, nothing fancy. The cheapest new commercial Precor puts you at least 3 grand into the hole. If you have the time, take a drive out to West Babylon to check out their inventory and refurbishment. They have a lot to pick from, and the guys there are really experts on each machine. Spent around 1k there for just what I was looking for, and they delivered within the week. I had some issues initially, so they sent a technician out to make sure it worked properly. Totally reliable and definitely work with again. Thanks! read more

This company is fantastic. I found them on Craigslist looking for a used treadmill. I went out to see their stock and the warehouse is unbelievably huge. It's an amazing place. The salesman educated me on the different types of treadmills and I ended up with a refurbished Cybex. This is the exact model you see in Planet Fitness for a fraction of the price a new model. Our treadmill broke and we needed a new one - or so we thought. We found Wayne at ProGym Supply by searching the internet and found that for the same money that a average treadmill costs, we could get a really good pre-owned one. But not just pre-owned - rebuilt to be like new. (Having just purchased a preowned luxury car, this seemed like a good idea.)
