John here was very helpful in ordering a basketball uniform. Their prices are very reasonable as well. There is also a small store attached that has some gear from local surrounding towns which is really nice. I was able to get a shirt with our town for $10 for all those spirit days at school. You can even oder custom hoodies for a good price - $25-30 which is a decent price and you're supporting a small local business. The parking here is a bit tricky - the entrance is in the backside of the building in the industrial area so when driving, go slow, pull into the back lot and you should see Murphy's Sport Shack. read more

Small sports store but knowledgeable staff. It has a little of everything. The prices are decent. If you are shopping for a new bat then this is the place to go as they have a bigger selection than Modells. That also goes for gloves as bigger sports stores have a smaller selection. The only downside is that the store is small and once you get a few people in there you just cant move around. So for a quick purchase and great friendly advice i do recommend this spot. read more

I am a coach and recently ordered my team sweatshirts and sweatpants from murphys. First, they told me it would take 2 weeks maximally. It ended up being 4 and kept changing the day it would be done. Then, they told me the sweatshirt I wanted did not come in my size so they said they would order ones the same style and material just another vendor. When it came in, the sweatshirts were completely wrong and did not match the logo. The material was wrong. And also we paid for embroidered names and numbers on the clothing and that was not even done! When I brought it back I explained, yet again, what I wanted done and the next day when I picked it up they forgot to print my name and my coaches on the back of the sweatshirts LIKE WE ASKED FOR SPECIFICALLY! I will never deal with such incompetent individuals ever again. I had receipt proof of what I wanted done and they did not follow a single thing I had asked for. If you want quality printing go to LIDS in your local mall. The kids I coach are thoroughly disappointed in how the clothing came out. read more
