They set up the 'Angies List' connection. On the first visit, the tech stated that a part was needed to do the job. He comes on 2nd visit, states that the garbage disposal is larger and we needed to get a smaller 1/2 size. No mention of the part he needed to buy which was assessed on the 1st visit. Now we have to return the product to Lowe's. Time wasted here and unfortunate/inconvenient that on the 'first visit', all of these 'potentials' were not reviewed, noticed or assessed prior so that that there would not be the need for a 3rd visit/prolonging the installation. An uncomfortable feeling looms in the air. This is was the experience, my fair observation and review. First time contacting this contractor. This was the service Lowe's initially provided/recommended.

Well, March came and went and no Johnny's once again. We have been calling this company several times a week for the last three weeks leaving message upon message and no response. No text no call back no nothing. So at this point we're out of $500 and still don't have a contractor to do the work if I could leave a zero star review, that's what I would leave. It's a disgrace to rip people off and act as if they don't even exist. I pray that you're laughing when karma comes back on you because trust me one day it will.
