My Dr. Aditi Mukherji is fabulous she's the best I have ever had the pleasure of treating me! I can recommend her again and again. She friendly polite and treats you with a gentle kindness that makes you feel better if you were sick! Any procedures blood work or medicine I needed she checks to be certain the insurance will cover it before making an order for it! That way I'm not in unnecessary debt! I haven't met such a fabulous Doctor before. Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Dmitry Albin (emergency appt) he was attentive and took the time to check if the insurance would cover my prescriptions. I will say after 20 minutes he really wanted our appointment to end. I asked if he would flush my clogged ear he said no buy OTC medication and try it at home because that procedure takes 1/2 an hour (I know it only takes 5 minutes) or choice #2 I can call and make another appointment to have it done (my copay would be another 20.00) all in all, it was still a good visit, plus I lost 2 lbs! Of course when you are on-call you are not going to always to get YOUR OWN PATIENTS. That is why you're ON-CALL! I was sick with extreme abdominal pain and ulcers! Would not even listen to me. This practice is just waiting for a malpractice suit! They are dangerous! You take your own risks going here. He was fun to chat with (even with my mask on) and he made me feel extremely relaxed during my visit. I told him I wanted to start to work on my crow lines and laugh lines and we did a small amount of product that subtly helps both. I can still move my face and everything! We will all soon NEVER set foot in that office again. THEY made an appt for my grandmother with a Dr. we never heard of & THEY SENT A LETTER to cancel it. NOT a phone call, a frickin letter!! So she now has to wait 2 months to see Uberti IF she even gets to see him because yet again, the incompetent office staff screwed up!! I also will add that my grandmother has a history of blood clots & had one a few months ago. She's on a blood thinner & last saw Uberti in MAY. So WHY is she unable to see him till December?? Because they are INCOMPETENT!!! When I needed to see an orthopedic they gave me the wrong phone # to Yale and they told me the office I'd be going to was in Waterbury/Middlebury on Straits Turnpike. Well, it wasn't!!! It was in New Haven. Yale told me they don't know why they said that when only pediatrics are in that office twice a week!! I rather have a veterinarian treat me than this moronic place. If you take your health seriously, stay away. UPDATE: Not only did they keep cancelling my Grandmothers appts & rescheduling them a month later...when the Jan appt came around they rescheduled that to APRIL!!! If the Dr was on leave then that's all they had to say instead of being rude dbags on the phone to an 85yr old woman who's been going there for over 30yrs. I really can't stand that office.
