Have an issue with billing and the woman who does the billing is just as rude. Every year we go we mysteriously have a credit owed us. She always claims it's the billing from corporate in some other state. I will not be returning to this location, some of the front desk ladies are rude as f*ck. Best belive i will be writing this same message on all the platforms, CAUSE THIS IS BULL still don't have the write prescription same old contacts and no one here gave 2 f*cks about my problem, stupid staff member gave them the wrong prescription and now I'm f*cked with contacts I cant even see with.

He has always taken time to explain every aspect of your care. When I mentioned having a stoke since my last visit he really bore down with questions and tests to make sure that it did not impact my vision. I am not an expert but Dr Deluca seems to have the latest technology to assist in making a diagnosis. It is important to note that he uses the technology to assist in the diagnosis rather than to make the diagnosis. It is the time he spends evaluating the tests, in your presents, explaining the results for which I am particularly grateful. Dr Deluca recently split with his former partner. I think it says a lot that the entire staff elected to remain with Dr Deluca. I can't say enough about the staff. From the women at reception, the women that assist Dr Deluca, to the men and women that fit and adjust your glasses. They are all top notch. Caring, informative, and above all expert at their jobs I would also like to mention that Dr Deluca had to "fix" the two prescriptions I had prescribed by his former partner. Bottom line. We don't think we can get the same care anywhere. The office staff is as wonderful as the doctors! They are very professional as well as approachable. Any questions you might have during the exam will be answered. They are always very accommodating when we need an appointment and thankfully we've never needed emergency care but we do know other family members who have been in that situation and they were seen immediately.
