I hired Pro Housekeepers to clean a "frat" house for me, before I listed the house for sale. (I'm a realtor) Needless to say, this was Mission Impossible. Only great things to say about Ronnie and Tunde! Ronnie scheduled my appointment on the same day - which was nothing short of a miracle ;) and Tunde came to clean my house. She did an amazing job, she was so sweet and took the time to understand what I really wanted done. She took her time and made sure my place was spotless - even though I have SO much dog hair around, I could make an entire dog stuffed animal with it! The result was fantastic and I will be continuing to use them for my house cleaning needs even though I have to pay a little extra for them to drive up to Davie. It's worth it to have someone I trust cleaning my house. Honestly, I've had many cleaners over the years and none I've felt more comfortable and happy with in the end. Very happy :) read more

Doesn't even deserve one star! Think twice before hiring this company, specially if requesting a 'deep cleaning'...See my review below: Date of Service: Wednesday, November 21, 2018 Miami Shores, Florida Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. I have to say that this has got to be the worse cleaning service that I have requested over the 10 years I've lived in my house. I paid over $600 dollars for a deep cleaning, on a medium house 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, I even added 500 square feet to the service, so they could take care of an extra room downstairs. I understand that under the terms of the service agreement, the owner is responsible for inspecting everything when the service has been completed. Let me tell you that is impossible, I noticed a few obvious things and I brought it up to the maid's attention, which they took corrective action. I am not complaining about the ladies that came over to clean, they were nice, courteous and eager to get the work done. I even brought them lunch when they called me to let me know they were done. I believe that perhaps they are not properly trained to do this service. In addition, how could you possibly do a deep cleaning in a house in just 4 hours, it's not doable. I live all by myself, I have not pets or children in my house and I am a pretty neat organized person. I didn't ask to do laundry or made the beds. I took care of that. My expectations were not met with this service. The floors had spots, which I brought up to their attention. They were not thorough when vacuum cleaning the floors, they didn't move the sofas and beds to properly clean underneath. Even dusting was poorly done in some areas. At the end I have to remind them to dust a fan in the living room they overlooked. One of the girls told, me 'oh, sorry we didn't even notice it'. The balconies were not properly clean, there was dirt on the floor and they didn't clean and wiped the sliding doors. The mirrors in the bathrooms were not properly wiped with Windex, which I brought up to their attention before they left. The showers...I mean does anybody actually scrubs these days? The cabinets in the kitchen were not properly wiped. These are things you would expect to be taken care off on a deep cleaning of $600. This was the day before Thanksgiving, and I was hosting dinner the next day and expecting about 10-15 guests. So, what was I supposed to do, I had to clean over after paying a substantial amount of money, when I was expecting my house to be spotless. Again, I understand that I'm not entitled to any refund or credit, because your company expects customers to inspect everything quickly. I was extremely busy with all Holiday preparations, and I didn't have time to call or send a comment. What I can tell you is, that I would never ever request services from your company. Also, do not underestimate the power of word of mouth, it greatly impacts businesses. In conclusion, in less time, I would've probably done a better job, and saved a lot of money! read more

Excellent service! I've used Miami PRO Housekeepers for few months and they always do a magnificent work!

Edit. Had to reschedule once and both times the housekeepers were late. The cleaning was pretty good but I wasn't too pleased about them being over an hour late. I hire a housekeeping service because I'm busy, so it kind of defeats the purpose if I find myself waiting around for them after making an appointment for a specific time. read more
