I called and asked for a quote and a time for when he could unlock and replace my car keys (someone had stolen my car keys) and my car was also inconveniently parked on North Island Naval base. Lost our keys on a Friday night, by the time I got the car towed home, the dealership was closed. I called the dealership for a quote of $250 but I would have to have my car towed there. It would be another couple of hundred dollars so I decided to call around. At 7:30 on a Saturday morning, I was able to get a quote and have the technician arrive before my appointment at 9. He was fast and gave us many helpful tips that we did not know about. He was really friendly and helpful. Not after 10 minutes of him leaving, the office called to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything else. I would highly recommend this company as they are fast, very communicative and exceptional in customer service. I called the night before for a quote at our condo complex that would be a $2k job. The tech was supposed to arrive at 9am but did not show. I called the business and they said the tech was busy and we made a second appointment for 4pm. A simple phone call would've been nice.Tech called an hour before 4pm appointment asking what the job was and saying there was a $29 service call. When I made the appointment nobody told me the service fee. I texted the owner and cancelled the appointment. Customer service is lacking. First things first, I was told it could be up to an hour or so wait. Not at all, the man was here within 10 minutes. Awesome. I couldn't believe the fact that my car wouldn't start. Luckily it wasn't anything engine related but more mechanical. My ignition switch decided it was going to lock on me. Yippee! Was my first thought. Not really. Anyways, the man arrived, started taking apart my steering column. And me having the greatest luck of all the lands, my ignition switch was going to be the most difficult. Mind you it's now 10pm and this gentlemen is still working on my car as patient as ever; we took a risk and decided to drill the ignition switch out. Sounds easy right? Wrong, 3 drill bits and an hour and a half later, the ignition switch is changed out and I can now drive my car again. Thank you guys so much! I had a great experience with this locksmith. I called the wrong locksmith one Friday night, thinking I was calling one I had already connected with, saying my car was in danger of being stolen and was he going to come soon? He said he could come in ten minutes. I gave him my address and he arrived in about 12 minutes. Not bad! I needed my deadbolt unlocked in my house and then a ride to my car. He did the job quickly and politely. Given that he answers the phone at 9 pm on a Friday night and gets me into my house and a ride to my car which was about a mile away I was very happy and relieved. Others were not answering the phone. Thank you Lusky Locksmith. I only left the one star off because it cost $130. I am not sure what standard fee is however. Easily the best and most thoughtful locksmith you could ever hope to meet! I lost my keys at the beach, and he came and quickly & professionally made a temporary set of keys for my Toyota Prius. After we had left the scene, he started work on a nearby car that needed assistance. While he was working on this new car, some passersby noticed the locksmith van and brought up a pair of keys they had found in the sand, asking if he knew whose they were. One glance at them, and he knew they were ours! He finished helping this second customer, and was quick to call us with the good news - our key was found!
