I had an NBA All-star jacket that I foolishly sold after one wear and decided I wanted it again; however, I couldn't find it anywhere, even from Mitchell & Ness. After doing some Google searches, I saw that this store had it in MN.
I kinda forget about it, but when I remembered and went to the website-- I saw that not only did they have the jacket, they had 30% off. I ordered the coat, but right after I did, I noticed I ordered the incorrect size. I called the store several times to make sure they got my e-mail of the corrected size-- I never received a reply, but was told or 4 or 5 occasions they got my e-mail. I received an e-mail about my address was incorrect, for some reason, it said New York, NY, not Brooklyn. I sent the correct information, but for whatever reason it wasn't corrected.
I knew the item was to be delivered today and when I checked the status, I noticed it send "incorrect address return to sender" I call them and I'm informed the warehouse manager said he never got an e-mail from me, which I then forwarded to someone else, but I wasn't thrilled with how they handled the situation. I asked them if they could contact USPS and provide the correct address since this was their mix-up, but I got apprehension and I didn't understand why. I decided I would just head up to that USPS location and see if I could intercept the package l, which luckily, I was able to do.
Like I said, everytime I spoke with someone, they were friendly and courteous, but at the same time slightly dismissive and never followed up with my numerous e-mails and calls. read more
