A great experience today from Avi. He showed up on time (actually a few minutes early) to re-key a commercial lock for a condo front door. He quickly removed the cylinder and did the re-key very quickly and then reassembled the lock. I was only supposed to receive 2 keys but he is such a nice business person that I got an extra key. They screwed up our job, horribly. He uses a pump on doors, even in multiple spots or stronger pressure. That can damage the door, which can cost you a lot of money. There are other ways to do it. Do work properly, and use best practices. I mean this generally, for other occasions also. They have over 180 'reviews' that are not approved. You can even check, near the bottom of this page. That's one thing we found. Pro Locksmith Sunrise, Plantation, Ft. Lauderdale seems to do basic work only, nothing complex. Good luck if there's an issue, which there almost always is. All the removal 'reviews' means they're buying resume writers. 90 out of 270, that's 33%, 2 stars. It's a poor performance actually, and the lying really harms the community and businesses. I recommend you stay away. Anyone can contact me if you like. To the owner, you cheat, 'work the system', and you don't listen. Look at the other businesses. Few do that, usually they don't. You should stop. Learn to run a business the right way.
