I ordered some custom embroidered shirts, a couple years back and went in recently to have two more…read moremade. I specifically said that I like the shirts that I have but they are too big and so I'd like to order them in the next size down. When I got the shirts, they were incredibly too small so I went back to return them. They had all the information for my previous order on record. Turns out the shirts that WERE ORDERED FOR ME were a different model than the shirt that I had ordered before and the new size was incredibly different. When I tried to return them, I was told they would only give me 50% off on another two shirts. WRONG, I went there with a specific need and problem and I wasn't the one who ordered them. That's not the way you handle a mistake made on your end. I've referred a lot of people there over the years as well and that won't happen again and I will never be back. It should've been handled the right way the first time. Customer embroidered shirts by the way aren't cheap!

I brought him my own design and apparel and he was absolutely 100% accommodating (no pressuring me into getting apparel through him). The finished product was awesome: clean, centered, and just how I requested. He even got the job done on short notice before I had to leave for a long shearing tour up to Oregon. Oh, and he's TOTALLY affordable. He can even get you very good pricing on apparel if you don't want to go track down your own, or you need a large quantity. Support your local printer!! I get the fact they play it smart and bring their whole family but some of us just want our size and hat I was int on 10/8/22 for a hat drop and seen one guy behind me end ip in front bought a hat goes back in line and buys another hat before i even got a chance to buy my hat. We were already in town but didn't have our shirts. Every year we take pictures of the family and then we each sign the shirts as memories. It was super important for us to have them. Anyways, now that you understand my desperation, it's time to talk about how Rico saved my life. It was Thursday morning and we needed the shirts by Saturday afternoon. These guys were the first company I called since they said they can do shirts quick on their website and had good reviews on google. I pretty much told them we needed 35 red shirts in like one day and to my surprise, they said it WAS POSSIBLE!!! Friday night came around and I picked up my shirts.
