I had ~30 custom hats made across 2 hat styles, and was deciding between embroidery or heat transfer of what turned out to be a heavily detailed design. He was honest but thoughtful in discussing design constraints, which ultimately led me to being totally blown away by the quality of the final product. It was clear Aaron took the time to have attention to detail to ensure the design and color choice of the heat transfer background would align as best as possible across both hat styles. I ordered some custom embroidered shirts, a couple years back and went in recently to have two more…read moremade. I specifically said that I like the shirts that I have but they are too big and so I'd like to order them in the next size down. When I got the shirts, they were incredibly too small so I went back to return them. They had all the information for my previous order on record. Turns out the shirts that WERE ORDERED FOR ME were a different model than the shirt that I had ordered before and the new size was incredibly different. When I tried to return them, I was told they would only give me 50% off on another two shirts. WRONG, I went there with a specific need and problem and I wasn't the one who ordered them. That's not the way you handle a mistake made on your end. I've referred a lot of people there over the years as well and that won't happen again and I will never be back. It should've been handled the right way the first time. Customer embroidered shirts by the way aren't cheap!
