Today I took my B Class RV to Bontrager RV in Goshen Indiana because I had no current to 3 of my…read moreelectric outlets. I called and told Troy, the owner, that I was traveling through and explained my issue. He got me in the next morning. It took a while to diagnose the issue yet at the end of the day, I drove out with a working electrical system and I was very happy. Although they were very busy, Troy fit me in, knowing that I was only in town for a few days. It is such a rarity in this business to be seen right away, I felt that it needed to be mentioned. I appreciate his recognizing my need and taking action on it. The place was very clean. The staff very friendly and they fixed my problem. What more could I ask for. Would I return again? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.

How this company is considered certified by Norcold blows my mind. First off, my husband goes to…read moredrop our Grand Design fifth wheel off. Both he and both of my children watched the employee literally rake a travel trailer down the side of another travel trailer while using a fork lift to move the units around this did major damage to someone's poor Grey Wolf. When my husband delegates my son to start taking images of our unit so we have proof of the condition we dropped it off in. When he goes to leave he makes the comment that he hopes they take much better care of our unit. The employee laughs like it's funny. So long story short they keep our unit for over a week. They claim there was nothing wrong with the unit but were more than happy to sell us after market items to make the fridge function properly and cool to an acceptable temp . After a back and forth disagreements with both Norcold and Yoders we decide to pull the thing home as we were completely frustrated with both companies. Today we plug the unit in because we are leaving next weekend it go camping. Norcold stated on the phone call as long as we weren't camping in 100 degree weather we would be good and the fridge should cool to an acceptable temp. Go out to the unit about 10 minutes ago. Fridge is not working. My husband pops off the vent covers and finds this surprise. So clearly either Yoder's never touched the unit or they damaged the unit and pretended like nothing was wrong with it and we would need to pick it up. They are just as dishonest as Norcold. Stay away from this company. The good reviews are from the previous owner.

If need a Lippert Components RV part I would recommend not going directly to Lippert and buy from…read moreanother source online. Needed a part for my 5th wheel RV. Priced at local RV dealers and it was twice what I could get directly from Lippert. Yeah, I know sounds good right? Ordered the part in 4/1 and was told it would ship out on 4/6 and should be to me 4/8-4/9 which worked out well because had a camping trip planned to leave on 4/12. Didn't receive a tracking number on 4/6 or 4/7 so called. Asked where the part was and was told basically "don't know, will to have email the warehouse for a status". This went on for several days with no answers. Finally shipped on 4/9 and May get by 4/12 or not. The main reason I was so frustrated is Lipperts customer service could not tell me where in the process my part was when was going to ship, or if warehouse had even received the order. In all 3 emails were sent to the warehouse and as far I was told and nobody got an answer back. At one point early in the process I asked to just cancel the order and was told couldn't do that because once ordered it had to go through. Sounds like a bunch of lazy people to me. They have such poor communication internally and with customers. Did some calling around and etrailer had the part and could overnight. So will go with them next time. When calling around I had more than one RV dealer tell me that if your an individual you fall in line behind the dealerships orders. Sounds like that's probably what happened and not the weather which was one excuse I got. When looked at the weather in Southbend it had been mild weather with a few cold days and no precipitation during any part of my order process. Lippert needs to update their communication systems and remember that even though they sell more to dealers the individual RV owners are their end customers. I'll pay a little mark up and go through another online supply house going forward.

This place is a complete trash place to work. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is sleeping with each…read moreother. Marriage does not matter at lippert. And of course all those side men and women can come and go as they please. No points for them! Seniority doesn't matter because of this. Anytime someone doesn't get their way all they have to do is go up to the office and tell the person their sleeping with and it'll all be resolved for them. Safety is a complete joke. They have water leaks in the ceiling and park an electric lift and it's charger directly in the puddle. They haul propane tanks in a wooden crate and a box truck. There's a literally 2 inches of forklift brake dusk in the rafters and on the floor that you get to breathe all day. They dump radioactive laser dust in a ditch behind the building. They dump barrels of unknown substances behind the buildings. No one is trained to drive a forklift but everyone does. Weld smoke (known to cause cancer) fills up the shop in the winter time because the Latinos don't want to open the doors. There is no ventilation. There's no training on anything, so theyre literally handing people tools that they've never used before and telling them to go to work. They sell expired food in the break rooms and when the old man gets around to pulling it he puts it in a garbage bag and the cleaning lady takes it out to her truck to take home with her. The bathrooms are disgusting. There's literally poop spread on the walls of the stalls and it never gets cleaned off. Oh and if you use the office bathroom they'll put signs on the door telling you that their butt cheeks are better than yours. People go out on lunch and break and do drugs and alcohol and come back in working right next to their boss without a care in the world. Latinos there have fake documents and HR and everyone knows this. One manager there got a lot of Latinos hired In there, then come to find out he owns the houses that they are renting, so of course their jobs are secure. People bring food in to sell to the employees while on the clock. one time a lot of people got sick off that food and they still sold it the next week. Maintenance doesn't know what they're doing so a lot of times when they "fix" a machine it's more unsafe than it was before because they take safety equipment off machines so they don't have to fix it. Oh and then when they let you go, they screw you out of your vacation time that you EARNED over the last 10 years. Favoritism is rampant. There are no core values. Honesty will get you fired. If you even apply here then you deserve everything you get
