The people were nice but they didnt give me what I asked for at all and it is crazy expensive. (The picture with full hand of square french tips and the picture of a flowers on every finger was my reference photos ) I wanted square nails, purple french tips on my middle pinky and thumb with design on pointer and ring. My issues: -My french tips are transparent because they only did 1 layer. I tried asking for a second layer and was told no - this is my biggest issue, the actual design. They didn't follow the design, I didnt get me any dark purple on the design. The whole reason i chose my inspo was because of dark purple vine. They gave me light purple and a white flower that thats it. Im literally crying I spent 83$ on this and it's not even what I wanted. read more

I wish I could give a zero star! I have given this place 3 chances. First time I let it go, getting a solid color and just a fill turned it into a disaster. The second time i let the man do it and oh my, Prob the worst fill and took forever. Third time, i asked for my fill and my nails to be shortened which are my natural nail, my polish has already chipped they are way to short and 3 have broken already cause they are so thin now. This place only takes cash!!! There is no sign at the door that states they take cash only and it is not told to you before the service is started. The ATM will charge you a fee for withdrawing cash or a cash advance if using a credit card. I was planning on using my credit card which would not work on their atm machine. I told her that she should of told me they only take cash before the service and put a sign up somewhere, she said that cards cost them money and that if they put a sign up that it drives customers away. I said that it drives customers away of not being up front and can cause customers an uncomfortable situation or not be able to pay. When I had to use Zelle to pay instead, she had me type in a phone number on her phone which registered to her name when I mentioned that Zelle gave me a message that said "phone number didn't match the business name" she said it goes to her? I thought businesses get paid for the service and not the person directly doing your nails. Also, I did not want to use Zelle and it was an inconvenience for me.) I think better business bureau needs to be involved since they are not up front with customers on cost/payment methods up front. Also don't even think I paid the business, I must of paid the person who did my nails, right into her bank account.... Also their website states they take cards and that it is NOTcash only. I called to get in for a quick 10min nail fix was told to come at 6pm. I get there 10min early and they're a little busy so she tells me to wait a lil bit. Okay no problem. 2 people walk in and get right in. I wait literally an hour and no one still says a word to me so at this point I just leave. Bad customer service. Love my nails! I had an appointment with Nhung and she outdone herself, the shape I chose for my nails were coffin! My natural nail shape is square but my personal favorite was coffin and/or squoval (square/oval) she asked me throughout the process if I wanted the nails to be shorter, listened to my opinions and totally knocked it out of the park! 100% recommend! Ps: my nails color were by the brand OPI i don't remember the shade but I wanted to ombré look and since the fake nails under neath were already white I only requested one coat of the gel polish! The services here are way too overpriced for the quality nails that you end up with. For a french tip that's done half decent will cost you $90. They won't even remove your cuticles so you will see nail growth within 5 days. For $90 you need to clean the cuticles. I've never been truly satisfied with the work they do here. The techs are rude half the time as well. I've been here only twice in the past year and I don't plan on coming back after finding a new nail tech that actually deserves my $90. read more

Worst mani/pedi. Will never go back. I don't know what they are doing differently with the polish. I have never seen this before. The polish on my toe nails rubbed off about three hours after I left the salon. Take a tissue and rub it over my toenails, polish was gone. My toenails were cut unevenly with jagged corners on my big toes. Worried about ingrown toenails. The manicure lasted about as long because the polish rubbed off. I got an infection on my right thumb from being cut during the manicure. Terrible place. Will not be back. Do not understand how their polish doesn't dry. read more

Don't waste your money. My normal nail place was full today and so I went here because it's close to home. I just wanted to get a full set in pink color and ended up getting a French manicure. I would be fine with that but the quality is terrible. Bubbles in the nails random white marks, uneven, ugly. I also didn't think the cleanliness was very sanitary either, to clean the tools I saw them scrape something off with his finger nail and wipe things with a wet wash cloth, the same wet wash cloth that he had just wiped the desk down with. When I got there I showed the lady what I wanted and I said I wanted a full set. She asked me if I wanted the solar nails and I said sure. I showed her my picture on my phone again which was just simple pink acrylic nails with the ring finger sparkly and I asked her if she had those colors and she just nodded her head and said yes. She pushed me off on a guy working there and I assumed she told him what I wanted but apparently she didn't because once I realized that he was giving me French tips it was too late. I said something to him and I asked if she told him I wanted pink nails and he just stared at me and said I asked for solar nails, so I told him no not really I actually just showed her a picture and that's what she offered. He then made it sound like it was my fault that he did the wrong thing and eventually I was just irritated with him making me feel wrong I just said its fine I don't care whatever. He was just like okay and then I was done getting my nails done. I really wouldn't have been so pissed off if they at least looked good. My friend I went with though had a good experience I thought, she was just getting a fill and a color change and hers turned out great. I still paid full price for something I didn't want and what I wanted would have been cheaper. They didn't even offer like $5 off or anything. The only thing that was even said to me was when I was walking out the door the guy yelled "sorry for miscommunication" at least he said sorry right? Workers were friendly and did a nice job on my nails and toes. They soaked my powder off instead of using the tool that grinds it down. I liked that, sometimes i feel like they are taking to much of my nail off. So that was a plus. I stopped in today as it was the first salon I saw in the area I was. I haven't have acrylics for years due to a skin/allergy issue. I was going to give it a go at the first salon I saw and hope for the best, I haven't done much "self-care" lately. The salon is lovely, it was welcoming and clean and really nothing special from past experience. However, my nails were done quickly and look beautiful, and as of almost 10hrs later I have had no reaction to the chemicals they used. I will be back in the future. read more

I Feel this company was very racist towards my friend and her granddaughter who is only 7. While we waited for a long period of time the granddaughter was ignored. She had been waiting for over an hour for them to do her toe nails, that she waited so patiently for. Then while her grandma was getting her nails done. She spoke up for her granddaughter and said she has not got her toes done yet and that she was waiting for a long time. The angry guy said to her (you are causing to many problems). Then proceeded to tell her that she needed to hurry up and switch her hands through the machine that cures the nail polish. Not only were my friends disrespected but the place was so dirty. They do not sanitize the equipment that they use before switching to another customer. Their curing machines have built up dirt and old nail polish from the previous people. They do not use sanitized utensils. I've seen the girl multiple times put her dirty utensil back in her little container and then proceeded to use them on me, they use the same buffer for every person non-sanitized, the same nail file for each person without sanitizing in between. The barrier that sits in between the customer and the nail specialistIt's completely filthy you can see smudge marks on it, old nail polish, sneeze marks. I have put in a Complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I'm also contacting the Department of Health. I could not believe how filthy this place was and how they treat their customers. Do they really think people are going to come back there? read more

I've been here a few times for regular mani/pedis but not shellac, so I thought I would give that a try. I went in on Saturday morning and was the only customer in the place for the entire hour I was there. I picked out a chrome powder and was told that would cost an extra $10. I said okay because the basic shellac is only $25. I spent most of my next hour watching Fixer Upper on the tv and listening to my tech talk and argue with other staff members. She was very sweet to me, but very animated with the other staff. She must not be very familiar with using the chrome powder because the owner came over to apply it and show her, which didn't bother me at all. I understand needing tips and tricks to hone your craft. He explained that they apply two top coats to the chrome, that sounded good to me. He asked me to look at the chrome and tell him if I liked it, which I did very much. I didn't pay much attention after that until I left and was running errands later that day. I noticed that there were bubbles in the polish, which I could deal with but also a lot of flaws in the last top coat. If you look at the pictures you can see uneven texture all over the nail. I was disappointed in this and know I should have paid more attention. It almost looks like water droplets on my nails or something.
