For the first time in a long time, I felt that I had to write a review. This place is undoublty one of the best in Omaha. They take sanitation seriously with all the procedures in place. They check your temp, make you wash your hands, put on hand sanitizer and clean after every service. I'm impressed. The older reviews for this salon seems like they had experienced this salon under a different owner. I'm shook that this place doesn't have a high rating because this is my new go to. read more

I waited 30 minutes even though i had an appointment, then i sat down. i referred to the picture i wanted at least 20 times throughout the appointment because they did not know what i wanted. i left with uneven, bubbled, and shorter nails than in the picture. also, they cut my finger and as it bled, the blood was wiped away with acetone (ouch?). i was so disappointed that i called and went back to have them fixed (i've never done this). they looked a lot better after, but there was no apology when i explained what happened to my finger. read more

I went with my fiance to Posh and it is safe to say we will not be back. My overall experience was fine, nothing special but no real issues. But my fiance got a fungus/nail infection after going there. Needless to say, that is not acceptable at a nail salon. Or anywhere for that matter. We called to let them know about it, but when I explained what happened they hung up on me. I don't know if they didn't use clean tools or equipment or what but I would strongly warn you to stay away unless you speak with employees or management about clean practices. read more

OK I've lived away from Omaha for 4 years now and have yet to find a nail salon that measures up. I make sure I go to Posh every time I come home to Omaha. Speaking of which, I need to call and make my appointment! Posh sets a high standard for nails in Omaha. Tiffany is the best but also only hires the best. Everything is clean and very sanitary. My husband will even sit in the salon which is AMAZING as he usually will not go anywhere near a salon due to the smell. They use only the best products and don't try to fool you like other places. read more

I went in for a Shellac manicure and was VERY disappointed. I left the salon with shellac polish on the skin under and around every single nail bed. While the workers were nice the Shellac service was not well done. I will not be going back. read more

I have been agonizing over whether or not to post a review all day today, as I've never written a Yelp review. I finally realized I have to do this. Although some of my review is about the actual skill of my manicurist, the bigger issue is the frenetic behavior of the manager and the mess of the place. I can't hold a child to doing a poor job that she wasn't even trained to do. I can hold the manager to account. This place is shockingly poorly run, dirty and old looking. There were too few people working, and at least one clearly not even trained. It was one of the most bizarre experiences I've ever had at a nail shop, I kept thinking I was being punked. There were so many moments I should have spoken up, it was beyond unacceptable. I think I was just too shocked to say anything. I had a mani and pedi. The pedicure was quick, the water barely warm and pre-filled before I got there. My toenails were barely filed, and crookedly at that. I had nail polish all over my cuticles. At this point, the manager swept in and rearranged all manicurists because it was getting busier. She was very visibly frazzled and her energy was catching. I was rushed over to a dirty table for my mani which was done by someone that could not have been more than 16 years old. She seemed either scared to death or irritated. She was very timid. I didn't even realize she worked there, as she had been lounging in a pedicure chair before helping me. She did a quick and choppy file, did not soak my hands or trim my cuticles. I asked for two cuticles to be trimmed back and she said "I don't want to hurt you" but tried to cut them anyway. She put two coats of shellac on then said to me "you want another coat?" I DON'T KNOW. THAT'S YOUR JOB TO KNOW. ---is what I should have said. What I did say was "sure! More is better, right?"....wrong. The shellac is super thick and already chipped after a day. I don't recall every having shellac chip - it just grows out. This was surreal. Please don't go here. It's just not worth even the cheap price. I now I have to spend twice as much to have this awful, puffy shellac removed or risk my nail beds by doing it a home. read more

She was trying to take my fake nail off and instead of soaking it, she tried to rip it off and ripped through half my nail then ended up painting over it instead of taking the nail off. I typically go to the big chain across the street, but decided to check this out on a whim. I really only get pedicure for the massage, the paint on my toes is a bonus - Posh nails did both perfectly! Best massage ever, and my feet and legs are refreshed and look amazing! I splurged for the ultimate pedicure, and it was worth every penny. My shillac manicure is perfect, and I've never had anyone perfect my nail shape and cuticles like they did here. Would highly recommend! I'm never going back to the big chain across the street, where they just rush you in and out - this was what a mani pedi should be! read more

The people who worked there were very nice, but they cut my cuticle too short and my finger kept bleeding. The guy would scrape the blood off with his finger nail and it hurt. Just give me a tissue--it won't stop bleeding because you're scraping it! My nails also didn't last very long. Usually my fingers last two weeks with shellac and toes almost a month, but this was half as long. read more

I hate writing low star reviews but I've received such bad service lately I feel the need to warn everyone else! Lol so here goes another one.... I don't know how their nail services are, but whatever you do, do NOT get any wax services! I came in for a brow wax and left with wax on my forehead, on my neck, in my hair, and still stuck to half of my eyebrow. I told her to just stop... I was worried if she kept trying to rub off the wax she'd take off the rest of my brow. She did no tweezing or scissor cutting to fine tune the shape. My eyebrows are uneven and don't have the defined shape you should get with a wax. She applied the wax with a globby q-tip. Just allllll bad, so bad. read more

I don't know why some of the other reviewers didn't give the business a chance to make good before reviewing. After talking to the very nice owner it seems the business had a tough time getting off the ground in regard to staffing which may have led to some less than stellar experiences. Mine however was wonderful. I went over lunch, they were very accommodating, gave me exactly what I asked for; the shaping of my nails, the color -- everything. I enjoyed my time there, my nails look great, and they're on the low end price wise. Go give them a chance!! read more

I've been coming here exclusively for a year now. I love it here & have had nothing but great services. By personal choice, I get my dip nails done around every two weeks but I can and have gone 3 weeks easily. The owner Jenny is a wonderful lady and you can always count on some playful teasing from Nina. Jenny's daughter works here too when she's not in school, and she's a delightful young lady. I'm picky, and I have tender, thin nails, and this is the only salon I will ever go to. My 14 year old hates getting her nails done, but even she loves it at Posh! read more

Horrible place. No attention to detail, everything was done really fast. For example. he took the pad and ran it over my heals may 2x on each side. He never did my cuticles, nail paint about 1/8 up from skin. Looked horrible. When I paid and left only a 10% tip, no one asked how it was (and they knew it was my 1st time there) and then the guy taking money yelled across the shop to the guy who did my toes - he look she gave you 2 dollars. God. Where do I start? When I called to make the appointment, I asked to be placed with Mindy because I had seen positive reviews about her work on other sites but when I got there I walked into a dingy old nail salon that was a frantic mess. I got there when my appointment was supposed to start and was told to pick the color I wanted. Did that and then sat at the table for 20 minutes(not an exaggeration) before anyone even said anything to me and then a man came up to me and said he'd be helping me. I explained that I had set my appointment up with Mindy specifically and he walked away. Another 20 minutes go by before Mindy gets to my table. I have now been in the salon for 40 minutes without anything done to my nails. Mindy starts the service and doesn't even get done with buffering my nails (with a USED buffer) before she gets up to check people out and answer phones. By this time I'm getting a little irritated because I've been patient through the 40 minute wait after my appointment was supposed to start and STILL have to wait more every time she gets up from finishing my service. She got up to get on her cell phone and was talking to people on the phone while she was supposed to be focusing on my nails. She was on the work phone taking reservations while she was supposed to be working on my nails. This happened multiple times through out my service. It just didn't seems like she was putting all that much effort into my nails before I finally got irritated enough to say something. I asked her why she was on the phone when she was with a customer while she was with me and she almost proceeded to argue with me over how busy she was and understaffed the salon was. Throughout the service she rushed. She cut my cuticle a few times and it's all because she was trying to manage the other nail techs, do receptionist duties, and do my nails at the same time. A word to the owner: get some more staff in there or at least a dedicated receptionist. I will not be back. The place reuses nail clippers and tools, has the worst service I can imagine, and is drab and old. Fucking pitiful. read more

I had a powder dip done and the lady bruise my nail bed with these clothes pen she left on for 15 minutes before removing the polish. She use a nail grinder to remove previous powder gel. I told her my finger was hurting but she had no explanation why it was hurting, she just keep making faces like it was hurting her and not me. After she remove the polish I told her my nails look damaged still she had no explanation. On day 2 the nail polish started to fall off. I don't feel this place has proper skills to do powder gel, so if you want to have healthy nails please don't waste your money or buy groupon for this place. I will not recommend this place. I have been going here for about a year off and on and I am typically very happy with my results! Mindy and Jay do such a great job, I've been getting shellac manicures for years and they have given some of my best! Recently as they are making management changes they have brought in new people and Mindy made sure to oversee her new manicurists work! I'm new to the area and stopped in not knowing where else to go for a decent manicure. Very very average (being generous) service. He cut my cuticle so low it was bleeding, and the polish was really sloppy and all over my skin. I cleaned it up when I got home with some clippers, so not the end of the world. The shellac didn't peel or chip so I guess that's a win. Overall I would say not worth 30$ for a gel mani. read more

Horrible experience! I have been a customer At the shop since the owners purchased it. A few Months ago I had a horrible experience that has been bothering me ever since. That's why I'm posting this review. That day both of the owners , husband and wife were in the shop. The husband was unprofessional and inappropriate toward his employee. The employee had just begun my pedicure when he pulled her away angrily to the back room. He screamed at her loudly in Vietnamese for 12 minutes! She came out in tears attempting to continue my pedicure as the tears continued down her cheeks. I didn't know what he had said to her but I knew it must've been bad. I guessed that she was fired and she nodded yes, She was instructed to finish my pedicure and then she was to leave the premises. Mind you the 5 year old son Had been sitting in the room where he screamed at the employee. She Could hardly finish my pedicure. I was there 3 1/2 hours total! After I paid, I spoke with the wife and told her how I felt about this experience and That I would never support their business again Even after going there for several years. I asked to speak with the husband as well but he would not come out of the back room! Coward!! Never been back!! Nor have my best friends who also used to go there. read more

My pedicure was amazing and they massaged my feet and calves well, although they just asked my what color I wanted and did not let me pick out the specific shade. Also, when taking off my acrylic nails she pulled off half my nail exposing my nail bed and it was bleeding she threw on some neosporin and got me to put on a new acrylic for a that nail and a couple others so that I could keep my nails long even though I was doing the dip powder, however, in the end she ended up filing my nail wayy to short and several are uneven. The staff was very pleasant, but simply covering up a bloody nail with plastic and glue doesn't seem right. read more

Shellac does not last on your nails. Two days later, three nails without Shellac. They were in such a hurry because of understaffing that they didn't let my nails fully take under the light. You don't get one on one time with the same person and it's very hard to relax when they are bouncing around from person to person so they don't lose money or customers. If I could give this place zero stars I would! This was the worst experience I've ever had. I came into town to visit a friend for the day and we decided to get main/pedis. My friend called to let them know 2 people were coming and the time we would be there. We had an hour and a half before we had to leave to be somewhere. There was only 1 lady there working knowing we were coming. She called another lady who said she was on her way and would be there in 10 minutes. She showed up 45 minutes later and said she was grocery shopping!!! If we had known this would happen we would have went somewhere else. While we were there another lady came in and they started on her nails instead of finishing my friend's nails! We had to leave without my friend getting her nails done. This place is terrible and the workers are unprofessional and on their phones more than working. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from wasting their time and money here. read more

Visited because I had a groupon for a shellac manicure and spa pedicure for $39. Staff was very friendly and the space was clean. Definitely not the best mani/pedi I've had but it was worth $39. I would hesitate to pay full price for what I got. It is under new management and hopefully this means they are improving! Would go again if I had a discount. read more

I used to live in Omaha and this was my #1 choice for pink and white and pedicures. It pains me to write this review but I am just more and more agitated by what happened last Friday. I was back in Omaha last week and needed a pedicure. I called and made an appointment for Friday morning. That's the key here....I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. I never walk in to any nail salon because you just never know how long it's going to take. I want to respect the employees and not bombard them because I expect quality. So I show up 10 or so minutes early, as usual, and a pedicure station was started for me. I sat down and looked forward to relaxing for a bit before they got started. The employee was finishing up a pedicure right next to me and the only other patron in the salon was a woman getting her nails done. The employee finishes up with the lady next to me then starts my pedicure. By this time I had been sitting there for 20 minutes so it's 10:40. That was not a big deal to me whatsoever. Shortly after she began my pedicure, the woman getting her nails done goes and sits down at a chair for a pedicure. I could see a slight look of panic on the employee's face. She proceeds to do a complete hack job on my toes. She applies the scrubbing stuff on my feet and I can tell you that the scrubbing only lasted about 10 seconds per foot, so my feet weren't smooth or anything. Quick rinse of my feet then the warm lotion was applied to my legs and feet. Then the 'massage' which lasted maybe 20 seconds on each foot. Rinse. Hot towels applied, she moves over to the girl that sat down after me. She adjusts her water temp or whatever then comes back over to me. Hot towels removed, polish goes on, pedicure is done. Including drying time, I was out of there in less than 45 minutes (after having sat for the first 20). I made an appointment. I can't prove that the girl getting her nails and a pedicure done made one. I'm just disappointed that they clearly didn't have enough help that morning and I am the one that paid the price with a bad hack and paint job....for $28 dollars! If 10:30 didn't work for you that day, you shouldn't have told me to come in at 10:30. I was really looking forward to a relaxing pedicure and a nice foot massage and for my feet to look pretty. Instead, you rushed through mine to accommodate someone else. read more
