This shop is very clean, the staff are very friendly and speak really good English. The daughter of the shop owner spent a lot of time on my pedicure and paid great attention to detail. The shop wasn't busy, I called an hour before my appointment on a Friday and they got me right in. As soon as I walked in the door they got to me right away. Thereby aren't any chairs to sit on to wait, but I'm guessing it's because they don't need them. They don't make their clients wait. I love that. It is my fault for not looking at the reviews before coming here. 1st- This place is not sanitary. They used a clearly old callus remover and then when done dunked it in my used pedicure water and threw it back in their box of supplies. 2nd- in the group of 4 women all of our nails came out messed up. When asked to apply another coat or fix them it was met with attitude and rudeness 3rd- They have multiple dogs just roaming around. Not customers but theirs. I have never had an experience quite like this. In summary find somewhere else to go. This was not relaxing, expensive, unsanitary, and poor quality. I'm very disappointed. read more

Should have listened to the reviews.... We were in a slight rush and right next to this salon. IT WAS HORRID! The male that did my nails used a grinder to remove the top layer of my NAIL. I had zero nail polish going into the pedicure. On top of that he didn't massage or barley touch much my feet. Then I asked for them to use the scraper on my heels because I have some rough spots and they refused to do it and said I didn't need it. And by they I mean the lady worker doing my mothers pedicure because this man knew zero English. This is my 1000th pedicure, I knew I needed the scraper to get the calluses off of my heels. We literally paid them to crap-ily paint our toenails. DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME. If I could give them a zero I would 1000% do it. read more

Run away!!!! I took my daughter here last weekend for mommy-daughter pedicures. The price menu said $35 for a mani/pedi. We wanted to upgrade to shellac, which I thought would be an extra $10-20 each or something reasonable..... HA! My bad for not asking... but for both of us to get shellac nails and toes was $140. Yes, I am totally serious- that is not a typo. $140 dollars for this horrible experience. This is also not a high-end establishment.... this is a stripmall with outdated decor, and three people handling no less than 14-15 people during the hour 1/2 we were there, and they just kept accepting more and more walkins. I suppose that explains the mad rush to complete our mani/pedis, as we were left with our feet in the soaking tub for about 30 minutes (water had gone cold.) and then given SUCH a fast and furious scrub down that I actually almost cried and had to ask the guy to stop scrubbing because it hurt so bad... (You can see from the photo how hard the scrubbing was... my skin was scrubbed raw on both legs, all around my ankles and lower calves....) I asked the man to not do the scrub at all on my daughter. He clipped and filed our nails, and cut my cuticles until they bled on 4 of my toes. (Really feeling relaxed and pampered now!! ) After he was finished, the lady who seemed to be in charge of the place came over and did the shellac on both of us, took my card to charge before the final coat, and when she came back over- I had been charged $140. She handed me the receipt and said I could fill in the tip amount. Yeah right!!!! NO tip! My daughter's shellac began chipping off within a day. Mine lasted about 3 days before starting to peel and chip. One of my toes also became infected from the bleeding cuticle when they cut them. This has definitely been my most memorable mani/pedi. I am seriously considering reporting this salon to the board of health. I am not expecting a strip mall salon to be Elizabeth Arden- but I am expecting to get services at a reasonable price, and to leave uninjured and without infection. read more

Turn away!!! It's some of the worst service ever! Everything she did was backwards from putting these caps on my nails to remove my gel polish and then asking me to go pick out a color for my toes. (No way I could carry the polish with these caps on!) Secondly, tried to drill off my gel polish instead of letting me soak for a few mins which we all know is horrible for your nails!! Finally, rushes to finish with me so she does end up drilling most the polish off; by this time I'm truly upset and just want her to finish up my nails because I wasn't going to dare let her touch my toes at this point! The people are very business oriented :) (blunt) - they get you in and out quickly and are friendly, but it takes a while before they know you well. I've been going there for over a year and love all they do, professionally they are great! They still don't know me well (watch - after I post this they'll remember me :) ) but they are cost effective and very good at their jobs - I've done acrylic (full sets and fills) nails and pedicures. Walked in with a friend and the woman laughed at us when we tried to explain what we wanted. It was the first time going to any nail salon we were so embarrassed because there were two other women in there getting their nails done. She asked for our ages and turned us away, I can understand that I'm 16 and I would need a consenting adult but she didn't have to laugh at me. I had a similar disappointing experience, though I had no infection. The man did scrub my feet and legs until they hurt--and he wasn't too interested in easing up or listening to my objections. I was in and out rather quickly as they looked as if they wanted to close. Even after the scrubbing, my heels didn't feel smooth and the polish was only okay. They just didn't look professionally done. The cost was about $10 more than I expected, but I paid and left. The place wasn't clean--not what I'm used to and I guess the Utah Board just isn't up to national standards. This place would be closed down if in another state! I'm still looking for a good pedicure at a reasonable price in St. George. I'm willing to drive 50 miles to have a good experience! read more

My dad and I went in to get manis and pedis. They were very rough, my dad never got his manicure, I wanted acrylic nails that would match a formal dress I planned on wearing next weekend but the lady never asked me what I wanted she just gave me the worst French tip I had ever had. Not a good experience. They were pretty busy when I went in. I had gel on my hands already and she asked me to soak my hands in acetone. This did not remove hardly any of the gel because they recycle their acetone and pour it back into the container after each use. I was then told I couldn't have a particular design on my nails because the nail lady didn't have enough time (it was a very simple design!). I also didn't get to the pick the color of glitter I wanted for my party nail. The service was rushed and she skipped over about half of the manicure, including pushing back my cuticles, removing any loose skin near the cuticle and the hand massage. And to top it off, there was gel all over my fingers after she was done. Not impressed and never going back! read more

I've been getting my nails done for at least 5 years now and I don't think I've ever been so displeased with my nails and for the price I payed I should have gotten exactly what I wanted. All upgrades are very expensive. Gel nails are an extra $20 for a manicure, which is $18. The sign says you get a 7 minute hand massage and mine literally lasted 90 seconds. I timed it. The painting actually was fairly decent, but everything else was rushed and expensive. read more

I've received 3 or 4 manicures from Le Nails back before my job no longer allowed it. At first I wasn't that impressed, the tips were slightly uneven and when I had color done and one broke, the fill was off a full shade. But by that last manicure I was blown away. This time the tips looked perfect and the length was right where I like it. It was such a shame that would be my last set. I've got a different job and am in dire need of new gel nails. I will definitely be booking an appointment here in the near future. read more
