What a wonderful nail spa, we called and made appointments close to closing time on a Sunday and they were very accommodating,there were 3 of us including a 4 year old. Beautiful space with a very inviting feel. The pedicure chairs were very comfortable and the nail technicians were very capable and managed to keep a four year old entertained and comfortable and interested in the process. I came in to the salon, and while I was waiting for the nail tech, I saw a new product that looked like a iridescent red chrome which changed colors. I ask the tech about the product and it was an additional cost. The tech was good and obviously experienced, but when this product was applied (at least 4 coats) I ended up with a putrid Easter egg pink glitter with black on the edges. I kept waiting to see the chrome color change effect. ISomething did not occur in the coats of polish. With chrome polish, you have to apply and then wipe off. This color is horrible. I was only in town for the day and on a tight schedule so I could not stay to have it corrected. New product training should occur so the application process is followed to get the right outcome. I am attaching a pic of what I ask for and the horrid pink that I got. Any experienced tech should have had an ah ha moment and stopped to see what they were doing wrong. read more

Horrible pedicure/manicure. Was ridiculous. Went in with my husband who sat beside me and had the best service ever. Mine was done by a man who essentially cut my nails and polished them, whereas my husband had a thoughtful, wonderful treatment. I was done so early, I left and went grocery shopping and came and picked up my husband when he was done. Literally the worst treatment ever!!! My husband and I are new to town and we decided to try this place this for pedicures. Their Google rating is much better than their yelp rating mysteriously. The pedicures were not good at all, we were very disappointed to get home and find that our heels were still cracked and really unchanged. Well I would give zero stars but the girl Mandy who did my nails did a beautiful job . So why do you ask why zero stars ?! Because three of us walked in together my friend who just lost her husband needed a boost and her daughter as well. The two of them wanted just gel nails no manicure. I needed a fill. As we were sitting down . The manicurist supposedly his name "Tommy". Short Asian with glasses on. Comes out screaming and yelling this went on for about 5 minutes no exaggeration there . Furious because my friend only wanted gel nails. His screaming and rang didn't stop he was throwing things ,yelling in Asian so we didn't understand . I finally told him loudly that he was unprofessional and needed to stop because the salon was full of people . He did not stop in fact he proceeded to come back and give me dirty looks . My girlfriend started crying and I told her I was sorry . She then called the owner "Bruce" he did not answer but he rushed into the salon . I told him what happened and told him he needed to deal with the unprofessionalism of his worker and he told me it's his worries to deal with him. I finished getting my nails done as my friend had declined after the abuse. Bruce rings me up and says fill this in "the tip " we paid with no apologizes from the owner. Went back in to get "Tommy's " name and we saw that all he did was change his clothes to look different !! Tho sis so shocking and never in my 25 years of being in management have I seen behavior from an establishment . The person running the spa is not professional and rips you off. We had come in as a party of 4 and prepaid for service. He took a walk in ahead of one of us that was seated at the nail table waiting-he asked her to go back and sit at the chairs. He charged an outrageous amount for one nail design. One of his workers was upset with him as well and it played out in the service to another person in our party getting a pedicure. i had a full set done by Bruce. this last time he was so distracted because he is running the whole salon assigning pedicure jobs cashier etc. That he left several times as I sat and waited. I asked for a slimer look but left them square because maybe he forgot. So he finished off with oil and a hot towel that I would avoid going to the sink wash and brush off. I really didn't know how bad they were until coming home. the right hand tips were placed upward and the size of tip he put on were smaller then my nail bed. I went back to the salon as he wasn't busy and he asked me what I wanted him to do as if it weren't obvious! I said that I'd like him to redo them or refund. he said he'd refund me. he immediately ground them down straight to the end of my fingertips and sanded down the gel polish leaving me with very sharp and gritty fingertips. so rude! He told me to not come back to his salon like why would I? afterwords I drove across the street to Sally's to buy a nail file so I wouldn't injure myself. read more

Not the best experience. I had an appt with my friend for pedicures. They started my friend right on time while I waited 40 min for mine. Why make an appt if they can't do them together. The lady that did my friends toes was lovely and did a great job. Mine had an attitude from the very beginning. The pedi was supposed to come with a 4 min massage (ya. . . 4 min.) and my friend got hers but my lady rubbed some oil on and then put the warm towel on and left. When I asked her about a massage (because I watched my friend get one with some lotion) she said she already did mine. . . Nope. My toes look good but it wasn't a good experience. If I go back I would for sure ask for someone else. I wish I had gotten her name but I didn't. read more

I've been back a couple of times now and couldn't be happier. The service is exemplary. If you have an appointment, they see you, on time! Kim is an incredible nail artist. I'm visiting here from California and wanted to treat my mom to a nice mani pedi. I had googled for a nail salon and came across QT Nail and Spa. They were so kind on the phone and happy to take us at our desired time. Upon arrival we were greeted and given out options. They suggested a few treatments that I've never had done before. Not pushy at all! If you didn't want it they didn't do it. Our technicians engaged in conversation and made it fun and relaxing. Not only were they quick and efficient our nails turned out amazing!! Mom turned towards me and said she had paid the same somewhere else but had never received the service and treatment they did here. They went above and beyond! I made an appointment 5 days ahead for a pedicure and powder dipped nails. Arrived 5 minutes early. Waited 25 minutes to start my pedicure. I selected a basic pedicure but this was probably the worst pedicure ever. No nail trim, no cuticle trim, no cleaning under the nail. 2 minute massage. Bad attitude. Then off to the powder dip. Same thing. I asked about trimming cuticles and she said yes, but basically looked at each nail and made the motions of trimming. Bad attitude again. If you want a good quality pedicure, DO NOT go here. I took my sister who just had a baby and my brothers girlfriend to get pedicures the other day and all 3 of us were not impressed. They hurry through it and don't put any effort or quality into what they are doing. The scrub and massage was literally 2 minutes and then they hurry and slap on your nail polish, mine started coming off the day I got it. They charged 45$ and 20$ extra if you want gel. I would totally pay this if they did a good job. I was sad that my sister didn't get to relax and enjoy this gift after she just had a baby :( they are a new salon so you'd think they'd want to go over the top and get word of mouth clients but that wasn't the case. I will say the salon is clean and the chairs are nice but that's about all they have going for them. read more

I don't recommend this nail salon. I got a pedicure and it doesn't look like it at all. My feet are still so rough. She didn't have me soak them before she started doing the exfoliating and filing. She rubbed on side of my foot without any soaking and it broke my skin and started stinging. It still hurts a day later. Her and the other technician were clearing laughing and saying things about me and my friend in their language. Unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend. read more
