The change in ownership was not for the better. I've been going there since it opened years ago, and it was good as long as you selected the better tech's. NOW the vibe is bad, like everyone was angry. Higher prices and reduced services, and a charge for using a credit card. The Bath Bomb (upgrade)$45, not $38 per advertised on the website. Beware of pricing, it's ridiculous! I was so astounded at the charges when I checked out that I asked for the receipt which only showed the total pricing. I asked for a breakdown of the charges and for a regular manicure and pedicure, no gel or dip but I did use the polish labeled Dazzle Dry. This was their breakdown as shown in photo below: Cocktail Pedicure $50. The girl recommended it if I wanted any calluses removed. Dazzle Dry add on fee for just your toenails is $20 Classic manicure was $30 Dazzle Dry add on fee for fingernails $15 Total $115 Credit card fee $4.60 Total $119.60 plus tip! Crazy I own Dazzle Dry polish and I asked if I could bring it in to use and they said yes but they would still charge $35 to apply it. I guess this is why there were more technicians than customers on a Saturday. While I was getting my manicure two technicians had a fight. Bickering back and forth about a station. One girl had just come back after two months, just so uncomfortable and unprofessional. read more

Beware shady pricing practices and rude management. I booked a haircut online and was expecting to pay $77. When I went to check out, the final price was significantly more than that. I was confused and asked for details - apparently the girl that cut my hair charges more than $77 and added on additional charge because I have thick hair. I tried explaining to management that as a customer booking on their website, all it says is "from $77." No further explanation than that. I did not select a "master stylist" or anything you would expect to have an upcharge associated with. If the girl cutting my hair charges more than the $77 it says online, I would have assumed that would be communicated to me upon arrival because it definitely wasn't that way when I booked it. No! Up charge and add on for everything. My daughter added 4 white dots on 2 nails and they charged $10 for design. Simple manicure turned in $100!! I told them what I would like and they forgot to bring it to me. my pedicure was very average. no scraping of the calluses and massage might have been two minutes per leg. my polish on my baby toes are already off. dip was not great. I was looking g for a new nail salon. My first appointment started 30 minutes late (I showed up on time). My second appointment tent was even worse. I specifically told the scheduler who answered the phone that I wanted Dip on my nails and gel on my pedicure. My appt time was 6:30 pm. I got a call 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time that they could t accommodate me because it would take too long and they were closing. Why schedule me for a service that you can't do? Absolutely poor quality and customer service. Several of the acrylic nails have lifted off the bed after just 2 days of getting them done. The finish themselves was quite poor, and the tech who was quite a sweet lady, was clearly inexperienced. Places like "Profile nails" distinguish their techs by giving them a "junior" or "senior" label to let you know of their experience, which is also accompanied by a different price set. If this tech is inexperienced, you should not be paying full price of $75 for a fill. I expect to pay that price for a brand new set. Upon letting the establishment know of the problems, a refund was not an option, but they did offer for the same tech to fix them. If the tech can't perform a fill to a half decent quality to begin with, how can you fix them? Not the most logical response by any means. At this point, the nails are shot so a removal is the best option for a fresh start somewhere else. Nothing quite like blowing $75 into the wind and ending up with no acrylics at all. Management, please pay more attention to your techs and what sets they're given. It it's too advanced, supply another tech. If the tech can't do a basic fill on acrylic nails, maybe they should go back to school or practice more before taking $75 of peoples money for garbage quality. Also it's apparently clear that this price is to cover your overheads of the building, which being as new and modern as it is, I figured you guys would at least have the dust extraction on your tables. read more

Love the atmosphere but unfortunately their scheduling is awful. I had scheduled nails for my wedding for a few bridesmaids and I a month in advance. I Called back a week or so before to double check our reservation and they lost the reservation. Fixed it over the phone and then showed up for my reservation and they didn't have us written down anywhere. Amber worked her magic and gave me exactly what I wanted. I have gone to many stylist in naples and amber has been the only person to go above and beyond what I wanted and made my hair perfect.
