I have been going here on & off for more than 10 years. Last Monday I had an appointment with Tracy, this is the 3rd appointment with her that when I get there they tell me she is not there. Since I was going on vacation I decided to have someone else do my nails & pedicure. Well now I have an infection in my toe, I have cuts & I am leaving the country tomorrow. Did not receive the pedicure requested but charged for. Tech did not remove old polish before attempting to paint my nails. After, politely requesting she remove the polish she drilled through a nail, injuring the nail bed. This salon has kindly serviced my mom for many years. I love how thoughtful they have been to her. Manicure and Fill were needed. Total cost $67 plus tip. Still looking for the right place to get my nails done here in Naples. I had Jennifer (table 2) not sure who my mother had, I just know the seat number 14. Jennifer wasn't so inviting, she was too busy looking at her house camera on her phone. I was nervous . No hello, how are you from Jennifer. Jennifer did say a couple of words, but that was it! Clipped my thumb cuticle with her file and not an I'm sorry or alcohol to disinfect. The nail thickness was the only good thing, polish was to the cuticle again (see picture for reference) am I just too picky I thought? No if you are going to charge that kind of money for a fill I don't think so. My Mom really liked her guy though said he was nice. Table 14. Probably will not be going back. This is the VERY BEST nail salon. My Mom introduced me to Tracy who is a genius nail tech! Mom is VERY picky so you know your gonna have good service wherever she goes but this was above and beyond the best manicure I ever had. My mails can go 3 weeks without needing service after Tracy does them!! I am now a repeat customer and have had many pedicures too with different nails techs who have been very good too. I have been going to TS Nails for 10 years. I get a Pedicure and Manicure by Tammi (Tham). She just makes me feel like a million bucks and that I could walk a million miles after her treatment. I have had several other people there do my nails also. All of them are great and good at their craft. Its also a plus when you go to a local business and you recognize people over the years and they recognize you. They make it comfortable. I work on my feet and it helps that my feet feel good and my hands feel and look extremly presentable. Hard workers and take pride in their salon. It all keeps me goin back. read more

One of the best pedicures I've ever had (done by a gentleman with the last name Dung). So detail oriented and I felt so pampered. Not a horrible experience, but not the best either. I love m'y nails. He did an amazing job shaping my acrylic nails to perfection and the gel polish job is flawless. The lost star is because of the pedicure. The water couldn't seem to get warm so the water was colder than I'd prefer. The massage was mediocre. A couple days ago, I had my daughter go to the salon and come back with the most beautiful nails. Couple months after, we decided to take her nails off. It was absolutely disgusting what was under there. The nails fell very easily and it was green fungus under. I wouldn't recommend going here ever!! I got my nails done by Jennifer about two weeks ago. I asked for an acrylic overlay. First off, I left the service completely unhappy. When she began to "shape" my nail, I asked her to do an oval shape and she asked why? As of that's her business. Then she asked me if I wanted to have my eyebrows waxed because I really needed it. I didn't want to complain so simply paid for my service and even tipped her. I went to my car and had to file my bails because they were all different lengths. Now two weeks later I HAVE A BACTERIAL INFECTION ON MY NAIL. Words can't express how upset I am. read more

San, the salon manager (answers the phone, wears the headset) is a real POS. I used to go to TS Nails regularly, but hadn't been back in months because the last few times I made an appointment they were never on schedule. Ex 1: You make an appointment at 1, you don't get seated until 2:30. You don't walk out the doors until 4 or 4:30. Your simple nail appointment suddenly dominates your entire day. Ex 2: You walk in 10 mins early for your appointment time and your scheduled technician has just been seated with a new client. You remind San of your appointment time & tech and he says "oh sorry, you are late so I sat someone instead of you. you will have to wait." You show your phone with the time for proof showing you are early and he points up to his clock which has been pushed 10-15 mins ahead of actual time. Then you have to watch another person get their nails done in your scheduled appointment time in front of you and be ok with doubling your nail salon time while you're late for your next appointment. Ex 3: You sit down to your appointment, which is already 45 mins over schedule and 15 mins in your tech gets pulled off your nails and put onto someone else's for 20-30 mins. It happens again before you finally finish your nails, you skip the pedi you were going to get because you'll never get out of there otherwise & leave starving and pissed off instead of relaxed and rejuvenated because your entire schedule is botched. Todays experience was the most epic... Ex 4: You arrive early for your appointment. The A/C isn't working, so the entire shop of clients is on edge. I touch base with San to let him know I'm there for my appointment. Of course my tech had just been given a new appointment only minutes before me, so I had to wait 45 mins past my appointment for my tech. She finally starts filing me and another client who was supposed to be attended BY SAN freaks out that she is still waiting so San takes MY tech and gives her to the complaining client and says to me "I'm so sorry, thank you for waiting." ....WTF?!!! They offered a pedi to me while I was waiting for them to fix their screw up with my tech. During the pedi the bitching client gets in an argument with several women in the nail salon and everyone wants her gone but San still does nothing about it. My pedicure is finished and I still had to wait to see my nail tech because San gave her another client before me yet AGAIN. Come checkout, San does not discount my nails at all & makes me pay for 1/2 of the pedicure that THEY offered. WOW. ................................... When I make an appointment everything else in my day is scheduled around it. I understand here and there can be slight delays because life is not perfect, but when you consistently lie to your clients and have no accountability, nor any respect for people's time, your credibility and respect go from all to ZERO. One obnoxious woman caused an uproar in the salon and San not only did nothing about it, but continued to service her with other client's techs interrupting THEIR appointments, making the ENTIRE salon of people uncomfortable. But let's not forget WHY that obnoxious woman caused the uproar -- because SAN yet again overbooked the salon. Greed became more important than quality customer service. Watch out ladies, there's a reason why Peter doesn't work there anymore... read more

I have been going there for about 5 months and always had a positive experience but I made a pedicure appointment this past Saturday for myself and a friend (which I was referring) and it was terrible. They started mine almost immediately, but the technician did a horrible job! The paint looked as if I had done it myself, but I did not notice how bad until I got home and saw all the paint on my toes...and so did my roommates. They didn't start on my friend until I was nearly finished. She was going to get an upgraded pedicure but because I was almost done she just went with the basic...her paint was awful also, in fact she had to go back inside to have them touched up immediately. When I called to make an appointment to get my nails done the following Monday, I told them that I wanted to have my toes redone because they did not look good and the man on the phone was very apologetic. I came in and got my nails done and after the technician was done he told me he'd meet me at the counter for payment and I asked about my toes?? He said to ask the guy in the front which I did and he directed me back to the technician to redo my toes. He proceeded to paint over the original color, not removing the polish and used a different color to closer match my nail color! Then again he wanted to collect my payment and I didn't see him again. I wish I could upload a pic so you could get a visual...the original color was a fuchsia and he painted a purple over it so it is fuchsia all around the edges and sides covered with purple! I will not be returning and will be looking for another salon, my friend will not be returning either. read more

Super nice people, but i called before to make sure i did t have the same person as last time to give them another chance and they put this girl to do my toes that she doesmt know how to apply shellac polish or do pedicure.... so horrible i felt so bad because i never have time and the very little time i have wasted for a cheappy service that they charged me $53 plus tip. them the owner offers to have it redone but at that point really???? after i waited seating on the chair to get toes done for an hour and no one helpimg me. When i first walked in they took forever to do my hands which it was ok and after they sat me on the pedicure chair they ever forgot i was there the entire floor started getting flooded in water frl my chair they forglt i was there. they shutted water off and them 30minutes almost passed before owner sent this girl to do my toes...Gosh i should have left since the minute i got there and there is no place to sit, no waiting area and they force you to sit by the UV light so close you cant streach yout feet..CANCER Calling my bame. Came to this place because of a recommendation from a family member and was horrified. We called 7 hours ahead and made an appointment and when we got there the place was packed and we had to wait for over 30 minutes. I had to step out multiple times because the fumes from the polish were so strong. By the time I left I felt nauseous and dizzy it was so bad. There were 2 of us and we wanted to get our manicures and pedicures at the same time so we could be done at the same time. They took us back 20 minutes apart. Once I finally got in the chair, the pedicure started out all right, it seemed clean, I was comfortable. But then when the man doing my nails went to get a hot towel, he dropped them on the floor, picked them up and put them on me anyways. I was completely stunned. When I get my nails done, the one thing I expect and have to have is cleanliness, and that is no where near clean. The front was packed, with no waiting area and 10 people waiting. Went for my eyelash extensions and I get they are only 30$ but the lady that did mine did horrible and keep in mind these don't come off if you don't like them, so you have to put up with what you get. She wasn't friendly at all and kept having to rip eyelashes out that were out of place and it hurt like a b*tch. I am a Pennsylvania resident that visits Naples frequently. I have been here twice and had no problem. Introduced my friend that lives in Naples to this establishment today. We both had males doing our pedicures. The guy I had took off at least two layers of skin while cutting my big toe nail. It started to bleed and then a while later he put some chemical on it and I nearly jumped out of the chair. My pedicure was finished by Diane and I told her that I feared infection and should not have to pay for such incompentence. She agreed. I gave her 5.00 tip and proceeded out the door. My friend said they are looking for you to pay. I went in and told them I spoke with Diane and she said, "no problem." They ONLY gave me 5.00 off and told me I was looking for a freebie and they provided a service and I needed to pay. DO NOT GO HERE! read more
