Audra was at the front desk and provided me with the paperwork that I needed. After, she told me where to go for my TRX workout and the place was already prepared with the bands (of course) and a mat. The area was a little small, enough to fit about eight people for the class. There were towels provided as well which was pretty awesome since I didn't have to bring my own. Before the class was about to start, I was met by Brian the instructor and he was absolutely great. He knew there were a few people that were new to TRX (including myself) so he was telling us how to shorten the bands to lengthen the bands. He very knowledgable and was always walking around to make sure we were actually doing the position correctly. Definitely come here for TRX. You will not regret it!
