Excellent physical therapy practice with exceptional staff, equipment, and space! I came to Pro…read moreSports Performance after surgery for a torn achilles. Surgery is no joke and it's often accompanied by mixed emotions of happiness that surgery will improve your quality of life along with devastation that part of the healing process includes muscle atrophy while you're in a cast and boot for months. From my perspective, surgery is only half of the solution; the other half is the rehabilitation process, which is PT. I cannot express how grateful I am to Courtney and the rest of the team for literally teaching me how to stand on my two feet again, how to walk (super humbling process), jog, and finally run. Courtney was super professional and knowledgeable; she created a personalized plan tailored to my changing condition to help me strengthen and gain mobility back in my life. She was patient in explaining and demonstrating the different exercises, used cold/electrical stimulation therapy/BFR, and monitored and adjusted the exercises at different points of my healing process. I worked with Courtney twice a week for ~8 months and thanks to her, I went from not being able to walk to running again. The staff (Bill, Alex, Andrew, Kayla, Maira, Olivia, front desk, etc) were super friendly and encouraging - it made an already difficult process be more welcoming and easy. The space is spacious with clean, new equipment. Everything feels clean and professional and they're always on time. Scheduling, insurance, etc was seamless and easy. If you're looking for a top notch PT experience, this is it!

When you hit Franklin Avenue just make a left. Stop, when you reach 1399 because your here. Parking can be a pain since it's a municipal lot. You might have to park across Franklin Avenue and walk across the street during peak business hours. Handicap parking is available in the street and the parking lot too. Parking is free but make sure your park head in or you'll get a ticket. Now to the good stuff, the physical therapy it self. Bill Peters the man and the legend himself! He has the experience and resume' to put any other physical therapy to shame. I would list it but it would fit due to character limits. Let's just say he had some high profile clients along his career. Bill and his team really take their time with you. Their is no rush or feeling of they just want to get you in and out. They give you the best for your insurances money. They make you not feel bad about a co-pay seriously. They are very professional and accommodating, which is hard to find these days. You'll feel like your a million bucks when your done with your treatment. I'm putting my official seal of recommendation to try out Pro Sports Performance Physical Therapy.

This pathetic excuse for a practitioner strung me along for the better part of a decade. He never showed up for appointments, instead sending unqualified PAs in his place to deliver advice that was not very helpful. He finally appeared from the shadows last summer, scheduled me for surgery on 7/1/25. I did everything he asked to be ready, went to every doctor with whom he shared the bounty of my insurance payments and co-pays. His lackeys told me all month, and the months prior that all was good...even days before the procedure was to take place. I literally jumped through every hoop. But in the end I should have known...I should have worn my Charlie Brown zigzag shirt and football helmet. Because this (@#$%&) pulled that football away just 21 hours before. And like the Wizard of Oz himself, he told me to comeback when I lose 50 pounds (and probably would not need surgery); and this after I already lost the 25 pounds that he and his flying monkeys told me to lose to qualify. Shame on this horrible practice and their awful "leader."
