The massage itself was 7/10 for me! However, my husband was in pain after the massage and felt like it was too much/no movement just pushing down. The next day he was very sore. My massage could have used a little more oil and it felt like it was too dry, rubbing against my skin. The ladies were very nice, but wish it was a little more comfortable. When one person would come in the store the doorbell would ring and the massage lady would leave in the middle of the massage; felt rushed too as they both kept looking at the clock for time to be up. The bolster had a slight smell to it and I had to ask them to wipe it. The upside is the masseuse did a decent job. Although the type of massage we were getting was not discussed it resembled a combination of a deep tissue with a hot stone ending. They concentrated on a face down, massage with back neck and legs, but never turned us over, that was new to me. But I'm sure if you developed a rapport with Seven Day Foot spa and they got to know your body better communication would be a lot better and you may have the exact massage you need.
